The question is, when is the next batch of series? Because TPN's conclusion would still be two months away, but I really can't see Jump stretching things out that far for the failing newbie trio of Taisei, Beast and Shinobi.

My guess is a batch of two in October or November, followed by another batch of two or three in December or January.

We've already gotten 11 new series in this serialization year, and even just two more would make it 13. We haven't gotten that many in one year since 2015. I'm betting that batches will be on the smaller side till 2020.

Because of this, I also have a feeling that even if we do lose all three of the non-Samurai 8 newbies, we're not losing all of them in the same batch.

I was thinking around 170-180 chapters. I really thought it WOULDN'T end in one volume. Do we really know thats the announcement or are we just speculating?

I gotta the war for this final arc was much shorter than I thought it'd be. It could very well be settled in the next 2-3 chapters with Emma confronting Norman in the next 2 chapters and then switch to explaining what's gonna happen to Emma.

The anime won't reach that point until 2021. The movie will have huge spoilers for anime only viewers.

I don't think that showing Hawks is a spoiler if the details of his subplot aren't revelaed in the movie.
They can just show him as a cool hero.
