I'm begging on my knees for a good Jujutsu Kaisen anime, it's all I need right now. With Neverland probably ending in few chapters and Yaiba possibly in few months if the author doesn't try anything new, i'm kinda getting worried with Shonen Jump, while this has been the best year for Jump Plus it's not really the same with SJ, despite getting two big hits these two are ending soon and they already lost many other popular series in the last two years, we don't how much Haikyuu has left, Yuuna still selling decent but just that and it can end anytime, Chainsaw Man and Act-Age are decent success but that's it, Dr. Stone isn't reaching what was expected with all the promotions and we still don't know about Samurai 8.
Also Jump is currently working with two less mangas than the usual + 4 flops and 2 new series that we don't know how will perform but Mitama being a gag you shouldn't expect that much from sales, they will have to step it up next year (specially with Plus rising and stealing their talents) and also make sure that Jujutsu Kaisen has a really good anime/studio because it's what they have at the moment with potential to become big.
So they are teens now. Weird. Here is our announcement of TPN.
They didn't even reference it while promoting Naruto's 20th. I know Samurai 8 has had an icy reception from the Japanese, but it seems like they're actively trying to bury it.I'm actually impressed with Nakano's incompetence, in the issue that will be released in the same week than the first 2 Samurai 8 volumes, they not only will not give a cover + lead cp but not even a normal color page? instead of that they're gonna advertise the first volume of 2.5D Seduction from Plus? lol Maybe for some strange reason they're holding a color page for #46 but you would think that they would really want to promote the first volumes of a new Kishimoto work in the magazine...
I mean, from my perspective, as long as Jump is producing successful manga, it's not an issue.

I mean, live-action movies for manga have been so commonplace lately that it's hardly big news at this point.Guess nobody is hyped for the Neverland movie, I see lol.

The vast majority are mediocre to bad anyway. I enjoyed Gintama's and I think the Bleach one was well received and that's the only two I can think of people like.I mean, live-action movies for manga have been so commonplace lately that it's hardly big news at this point.
I'm interested in how they will handle the demons stuff in a live-action movie. CGI? Or are they going to a more tokusatsu approach? Here is our announcement of TPN.
The Kenshin movies were subject to massive acclaim, though those had the advantages of being based on an already finished manga and thus being able to craft a natural framework for a film series. The vast majority are mediocre to bad anyway. I mean, it's not something anyone wanted or somehow anticipated, let's be real. Live action adaptations of animes tend to be on the bad side too often.Guess nobody is hyped for the Neverland movie, I see lol.
With the release of volume 16 this was expected. Still, great to see TPN soaring with its numbers.![]()
Don't know if it has been posted, but here's the 16.000.000 for Neverland confirmation.
Don't know about Japan, but it's getting good numbers on M+.Do not forget We never learn, counting on it are 3 manga that are close to finish.
And according to Rain, Yozakura Family doesn't seem to be doing well in Japan. If it's true the way is to forget 2019 and wait for 2020, because even if there are new manga this year I find it hard to get the public's attention.
Isn't the competition already pretty light, with 3-5 flops waiting to get axed? But with Neverland gone, the jump competition will be less heavy, which may be good for the new series.
Ooh, that'd be nice. It was one of my first manga, I'd love to see those guys again. ^^Didn't he said he wanted to do Black Cat Part II or something?

The Bleach adaptation was slammed critically actually and underperformed. The vast majority are mediocre to bad anyway. I enjoyed Gintama's and I think the Bleach one was well received and that's the only two I can think of people like.
Pretty sure its response was mediocre at worst. But yeah, it underperformed incredibly. The Bleach adaptation was slammed critically actually and underperformed.
Did they had some kind of dispute and that's why Darkness ended? I have doubts a TLR Part III will ever be released though, even if that's not the caseYabuki needs to make up with Saki Hasemi, stop Darling in the franxxx, and continue with To Love Ru Part 3 already. It has been 2 years![]()
Yeesh. Considering the manga's ending, that must've felt like an extra kick in the balls for fans.Pretty sure its response was mediocre at worst. But yeah, it underperformed incredibly.
Meh. Bleach has had its time in the spotlight, created a franchise so big that 95% of the manga out there can only dream of ever achieving. Bleach fans should be appreciative of the enormous success it has gotten over the years.Yeesh. Considering the manga's ending, that must've felt like an extra kick in the balls for fans.
It's a mix of rumors/translation issue?/last volume author's final word/interview with Yabuki on Darling in the Franxx.Did they had some kind of dispute and that's why Darkness ended? I have doubts a TLR Part III will ever be released though, even if that's not the case
I was searching some old stuff in my gallery and found this. I really want Shun Saeki back, we can't lose him
