Oh...? Interesting...are there any other blank pages found?

On another note, checking the site, I find it interesting that, despite being moved to V-Jump, Shueisha still seems to treat Boruto as part of the Jump IP, including it with the other volumes dropping this month despite no longer being part of the magazine.
As a check up, Jump+ series also have pages on the Shonen Jump, but at least it narrow things to those two. This will appear either on Jump or Jump+.

Interesting fact, that one has a page on Shonen Jump website, but is currently empty with just a number 1 in the title.
man, i hope this turns out to be a wsj title
then i can claim 1 of my shitposts accidentally predict it before its official announcement

Japan is also there despite being on Saikyo

I mean, the title suggests a battle between YouTubers on making the best video, which sounds more like a Jump+ title for sure. Too niche for the main magazine.

Volume 9 of Boruto contains the latest chapters published in Weekly Shounen Jump, the same with Japan

They probably ain't reading till the latest chapter, the first 6-7 chapters if samurai 8 we're boring but after that it's getting better and better
You don't have to read an entire series to conclude that you don't like it. If the first chapters aren't interesting, of course people are going to drop it.

But what if chapters after that get interesting

Then the mangaka missed his biggest opportunity to draw in fans because he failed to make the story interesting from the beginning.
Can it be possible at some point in future that he can regain all those lost fans.
Those who will purchase the 2nd volume they will definitely continue to buy in future but those who only purchased the 1st volume not the 2nd one they might leave it

You just described what happened to me with Black Clover and Kimetsu no Yaiba. I will probably never read them because I'm too busy reading other things.

No. He might be able to regain some of them, but not all. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Also keep in mind that most people won't buy the first volume blindly. They will first read a couple pages online or in the store, and then decide if they want to purchase it. If the first chapter is bad or uninteresting, that manga won't even make it into their shopping basket.

It's funny that how Japanese and Chinese people are totally opposite, S8 is getting immense love in China and people are dying to buy it

One site I think it's good for reviews is Book Meter. It's like Goodreads and similar websites, but with a decent catalogue of mangas since it's Japanese.
There were few people who registered Samurai 8, but there are some impressions there.

It's certainly much more respectable than 4chan. I will read later what they said.

You just described what happened to me with Black Clover and Kimetsu no Yaiba. I will probably never read them because I'm too busy reading other things.
Interestingly enough, those are two series that didn't grab me in the beginning, but I kept reading anyway because lots of people seemed to like them.

Black Clover promovated from "This is really generic and dull" to "This is generic but kind of interesting so I might read it when I have time, I guess" and Kimetsu still doesn't do anything for me.

In other words, I think my habit of judging a series by its first chapter(s) is a good one, because it's extremely rare for me to really like a series if I didn't get drawn in from the start.

Don't know much about these stuff but One Piece Vol 94 doesn't have great reviews either, I don't think that's a really good indicator to use.
It's a good indicator when you have lots of reviews. Four or five people isn't enough to generalise.
