Obata drawing almost 80 pages in a monthly magazine where basically all the others draw 40 something at most tells a lot about his health and everything, i think he would be perfectly fine drawing 19 pages per week, he is just 50, not a dying man lol

You guys are both close, the first 14 chapters are 70 pages, then they slowly decrease (54 pages, then 48 pages, now 32 pages)

So health decreases or story only requires that many pages, there is a decrease in pages. Regardless, I still think they should take early retirement~

even he's not Gamou, the most likely reason they don't reveal his identity is because he's someone known, which means Bakuman & DN are not his only 2 manga

How was Takeshi Obata allowed to go on then? Because that rule does not exist.

it's probably a rule that was established in a later of Jump life, Kurumada, Nakazawa, Kajiwara, George Akiyama...etc have a lot of manga in classic Jump too

It's hard to believe that it's been about 3 years since Toriko ended. Shimabu started working on Toriko after like 3 years since Takeshi's end so I think he should return somewhat soon. Let him return with Build King, he talked about wanting to do a building manga in one of the Toriko volumes apparently.

Veterans aside I do want to see Hakutei no erica to be serialized or perhaps another one shot.

Ohba said in his interview with viz that he'd do one more series after Bakuman. And platinum end's decreasing sales probably isn't very motivating. So he may not come back at all.

藍 = Kemono Jihen (I guess because it's by 藍本 松/Aimoto Shou).
海 = One Piece (The hanzi i the first one in pirate, short for the Chinese name Pirate King)
青 = Ao no Exorcist
石 = Dr. Stone
戸 = Yuragisou no Yuuna-san (I dunno what the kanji/hanzi means but this is the only one with a new V18)
