Captain Usopp - (after Enies libby doesn't rejoin mugiwaras, doubles down on dream forgives vows to be a rival to Luffy)

--This different path gives him a stronger will and thus Supreme Color Haki, uncontrolled, Unrefined, just a useful Dues Ex to help him compete in a sensible way
Ghin - 1st Mate/Navigator (grows along the voyage higher leveled, assuming he pulls up on Water 7 while Usopp is still there. Probably something Don Krieg involved so we know Usopp is ready to be )
Wiper - Berserker (rounds out his monster trio, apparently has run in with Kuma and is sent to Water 7 where Usopp and him form an alliance to find Kuma and he eventually joins before hand)
Paulie - Shipwright 1, builds "The Grand Merry" Wapo Metal is involved since Kreig raided an early promoter.
Kaku - Shipwright 2 (Has to earn trust post Enies Lobby, has a change of heart and leaves Cypher Pol)
Lily Enstomach - Chef (female giant who ate the mini mini fruit)
Caribou - (in this timeline Usopp defeats the fake Strawhats and Caribou joins his crew, he's dispicable at first and not considered but after a month he becomes a good loyal nakama)
Monet - Astrologist/New World Navigator
Perona - a natural match for this crew in my opinion and and pretty good at basic nursing.
Kanjuro - (yes I know. Makes for a great character arc huh.)
The Grand Merry - Built from left over Adam wood and WapoMetal. Looks like a Viking merry as big as the Sunny Go.

Timeline of events for crew

Don Kreig had a few successful raids post last appearance in East Blue and has sights set on a tired Water 7, during the commotion Usopp leads the defense of Water 7 and manages to sway Ghin for good. Apparently there was a revolutionary there who was in communication with Kuma.
Side story to work in Wiper: Bellamy made it to Sky Island like he later tells Luffy but it turns out Kuma was there while he decided to pillage and abruptly annihilated his crew. During the commotion Kuma has an altercation with Wiper in which he shoots him towards a later planned location (Water 7) *exhales*... Also Paulie builds a ship in the image of merry and joins too.
They pull up on a town with CP9, the weakened CP9 decline a full fight after a quick clash. Paulie and Kaku talk and he actually causes Kaku real emotional pain. Kaku joins with Paulie couching and pledging his life to believe in him to his captain. Kaku joins as the 2nd Shipwright and formally resigns from all world government affairs which gets him a bounty as well as a bounty raise for the entirety of The New Usopp Pirates
Hears about war and post war events. Inspires him to go harder.
Micro adventures including the pop green island meeting Heracles. A run in with Lily and she joins the crew as the chef.
More adventures until right before Luffy and crew reappear on Sabody he defeated the Fake straw hats and Caribou ends up on his ship. And he talks to Kuma after Wiper attacks him in front of the Going Merry. Usopp befriends Duval as well. They leave Kuma to defend the Sunny Go.
Fishman Island he and Van Dee Deckens duel to save Shirahoshi and Usopp is intrigued by the ability he has. Deckens is killed by falling for a trick during battle and his own clumsiness. Usopp coincidently was carrying a rotten tomato. It transforms in his pocket.
Alliance with Luffy at Dressrosa!! Still becomes God Usopp, appropiate enough with new Devil fruit powers. Defeats Sugar and Trebol outright and his crew helps make the war on Doffy much easier. Alliance with Luffy because he doesnt want them to face a Yonkou alone.
Goes to Wano still! But skips Zou, never hears about Raizo, Kanjuro stays hidden.
Somehow finds island Kaido beat Kidd Alliance. Leads into alliance with Uroge The Mad Monk
Goes to Wano with his crew and Uroges. Waits on the raid and... To be continued.
