No it wouldn't. In Dr.Stone for example all the couples had multiple kids so them making offspring without insest is possible

For three generations. Then you run out of unrelated people to breed with.

(And the third generation already requires some liberal thinking, because you will have to pair children from couple A with grandchildren from couple B.)

I just saw the korean version of the Agravity Boys oneshot and none of them turned into a girl. 3 of them wanted the small, feminine looking guy to turn into a girl, but he didn't want to and that's how the oneshot finished.
Maybe the serialized version will be like this and nobody turns into the girl until the final chapter.

That... sounds boring. How many chapters can you write about them trying to convince the same guy? (Even if they try to convince everyone, you'll be out of people in four chapters.)

Unless they go have adventures in space or something and the genderbend isn't the main focus. That'd be cool.

In that case, shooting three guys and one girl into space seems like the far easier alternative.

It's not like the 'breeding for humanity' thing wouldn't create enough drama all on its own.

The title for the first chapter is literally the same as One-Shot's title. We can expect already what's gonna happen, all 3 guys telling the more girlish one to become a girl and he refusing it completely.

Doubt it'll get a season 3 at this point, maybe some new OVAs?

I feel like it’ll be multiple announcements - perhaps some new anime content as well as the series ending and when that will happen. I think they’ll use those announcements to get people to tune in to that panel, as that’s really the only outcome I can think of.
