That's interesting. I've been using her pretty differently, to pretty good results I think.

What I've been doing is using her mainly as an arts crit servant. She probably makes the best use of Tamamo and Merlin's buffs I've seen. Waiver would probably work equally well. Because with her 3 arts cards and high star weight she doesn't need a skill to keep her gathering stars like Avengers and Berserkers do. She doesn't have the damage spikes someone like Jalter does but she's much more stable because she's always landing crits.

I put Another Ending on her (Arts + Crit). Then put my 2030 on Tamamo. Abby get Tamamo's 3 turn arts buff. Merlin or Waiver's 3 turn crit buff. With her passive and 2030 there are 10-12 (depending on if the 2030 is limit broken) crit stars every turn on top of whatever's there. Add Merlin's NP to the mix or any star gen skill.

The result is a very stable arts crit team. With her throwing out NPs every 3ish turns after she gets started.

The bit that puts it over the top. Is that my Tamamo refunds 40% NP when she comes at the end of a chain. Add a support Merlin's NP and the gain it provides and Abby's own 10% from her first skill. And what you get is a servant that ignores classes, does great damage, and contributes to arts team skill spam. It's slow to get the first NP off but after than the ball keeps rollin' with her landing crits the whole time.

Funny enough, that's how I tend to use BB, with a focus on crits due to her third skill. I had previous used Summertime Mistress on her, but switched to Holy Night Summer. Hadn't though of using Abby that way, but I can see the reasoning to do so. Since I have both Tamamo and Merlin, an art focus team is possible, at least until Hokusai comes along.

For the people on the grind like me, how is your stake farming going? I'm only at 22 out of the 216 required for Eresh and at this stage with how they're not always dropping I'd rather not look at how many Scamcat needs haha.

I have about ten, though more focus has been given to just clearing the free missions, and is really hoping they'll be purchasable in future event stores...

I finished off Tristan and his annoying harp bow....kind of. Left him to the mercy of Hassan. I already got the grail. I'm at Section 17 about to enter the Royal castle. With Mordred and Tristan done ( ) I think I have one knight left before the King...hopefully.

I've got good news and bad news for you Bel. First the good. Section 17 is the final chapter. You can make it! Just have to really plow through Babylon over the weekend. Which is.. theoretically possible?

Now for the bad news. Section 17 arrow 4 is the infamous... Gawain the Rock Johnson fight. Personally, I think he's nowhere near as bad as Moedred "NPing you to death all day every day without a hint of mercy" Pendragon. But there are other schools of thought.

@Jammin As this advent calendar goes on I feel like it's becoming less and less likely we'd get something extravagant like a 4 star ticket as per our hopes. At best, it'd be a miracle 30sq, but I'm starting to think it'll just be 10sq. That said I'll take anything that might re-inforce the funds for Eresh and then Scathach in the new year if they actually have her in the banner this time around. The Christmas event can't come soon enough for me

To be honest, I'm already really pleased with what we've gotten from the advent thing. It's just a nice little thing. So whatever Christmas brings should be just a cherry on top.

And, yeah, this Christmas event is going to be fun. With Abby I already have what I wanted most. We'll see what happens with Eresh. Feel like my luck can't keep being this good. Still I definitely need the QP so I'm motivated and I'll be farming to the max. And with the amount of SQ I'll be throwing out there I should get something fun out of it.

Not to mention I just love holiday events.

Should my Christmas be even more merry and I wind up with Eresh and surplus rolls they will come to an abrupt end in January. Hokusai, Scathach, Musashi, Melt, Shuten, Da Vinci, Semiramis. There is no world in which I come out of that month with SQ. It's a good thing everything will slow down after that for a while.

I can totally understand you, Sam. If my memory serves me right, I quit the game for approx. 6 months when I felt like getting nothing for all the time (and money) I invested into the game. In my case, the break did me good. It was kinda a relief to not farm shit for hours and get nothing for it in return. So, if you seriously feel annoyed as fuck, then take a break. That is my advice. It is not difficult to get back on track in Fate GO once you have regained your motivation to play again. : (

I'll put this in spoilers because I really don't want to rub salt in wounds but I just have to share. Even though this level of luck makes me feel more than a little guilty.

So when I started summoning for Eresh I had saved up a total of 460-ish SQ and 39 tickets.

20 tickets in I had Eresh, Ana, and Gil. Along with one copy of each CE and 2 of the 5 star one. Naturally I was quite happy with that. But I wanted to see if I could get a limit broken CE for my Ishtar as I think it would go great on her. So I decided I'd use 150. Didn't get anymore of the CE. What I did get was.. Eresh NP2.

So my Christmas was quite merry indeed.

200 sq in and all I got was Drake and Medusa Lancer, the latter I already had at NP5. Sadly I didn't get the 5 star CE, so gonna have to try again at the end of the week.

That aside, Altera Santa is quite cute, especially when she puts on her mustache when you get the grand prize.
