So.. to summary this chapter:

The first part is the guys from last chapter going to awake Cha. All of them except the guy with the mask dies and the mask guy awakes Cha.

Then we are back to Paul and doom, Paul's dogs are controlled. Elder is thinking about something, Zon's daughter is controlled too, and it seems that mad dog is not controlled.

Back to Yama and Yas, Cha attacks Yas, and it seems that Cha's attack worked in damage him. We see a panel of Cha crying.

Then a few panels of new chacters from the 5th squadron. There is one girl that her desing is waifu tier, i'm not sure if she's a dog or a fox.

Those characters get out of the ship and start fighting with Yu Hansung, Doom and Paul.

Back to Cha, we see a flasbhack of him and Nameless Adventurer(Not Zahard),
Cha was covered in blood when he met NotZahard and tells him that if he wants to see Dowon again he has to seal himself. The chapter ends with Cha doing a Kamehameha

I do hope this NotQuiteZahard turns out to be the main villain of this whole arc, someone that interesting and all knowing might make us understand how Baam can blind people's sight, fate seer vs irregular, haha just daydreaming.

One thing that I was wrong, it seems that the reason to why Cha was covered in blood when he mets nameless adventurer it was because he was fighting against the army. I though he fought against not Zahard and was defeated but I was wrong.

In the close up he does not have any symbols of Zahard anywhere, such as the 3 eye broach etc, but he sure does look like him.
