I absolutely love everything about the main girl's design, but Undead Unluck already seems to be off to a bad start. Could still turn out totally differently, but probably not.

I dunno, does the fact that the LCP (AKA literally the first impression of the series) features the heroine being violently groped for laughs not come off as sketchy to you?

I'm surprised manga+ is gonna pick this up and the official SJ account was even promoting it. I know they've been doing all new series, but they don't do Yuuna so it's not like there's no precedent to pass on something, and they've been avoiding the ecchi jump+ stuff.

It's funny how Nakano era changed our mindset about successful series in WSJ. As much as I like Mitama, the series is constantly on the bottom 5 and yet we treat it like the next big thing.

About UxU: That's gross. And different from Yuuna and CSM, this one expects the groping to be a key selling point, since the first lead color brings it already. For me the difference in intention is pretty clear.

Yeah, I doubt it will cause a big ruckus, because it will fall under "ecchi things will be ecchi" for many and that will be it. I personally don't like what I am seeing on the CP, sure, but I don't think it will be seen as "problematic" by the general audience.

Because the color page literally shows him rather forcefully groping a (based on what I saw of the one shot) potentially underaged girl against her will. That's, uh. A no brainer. Last thing I'm saying on the subject because I don't try to waste time arguing on here anymore.

I will say, the heroine is pretty damn adorable and one of the cutest heroine designs we've had in a while, imo.
