There's really a lot of OOMPH from the manga that I don't really feel was adapted in the anime.

In the topic of Shonen Jump properties receiving remakes/Continuing thru OVAs, Prince of Tennis got like 26 OVAs that adapted the last 15ish volumes of the original PoT manga.

Also Slam Dunk remake also seems like a no brainer... WHEN?!

If I'm not mistaken, SD is Inoue's sole property. So I guess it really depends on him.

This is just a regular tweet from him lol, he already said multiple times that he's being serious about the MHA situation

I don’t think it’s crazy to assume that 10 movies are planned. Often plans that are that far in advanced don’t play out as planned.

It sounds like Yonkou is just freaking out over reading the new chapter releasing this Sunday, which spoilers for should be leaking soon.
Which I’m guessing the plot takes some sorta of turn that’ll show that the series could last way longer than we initially expected.

People are questioning him in the comments about his claims that “MHA has a loooooong way to go”, which I think triggered his “10 films” post. Which is him basically trying to say “TOHO, at the very least, WANTS to make 10 movies, so that shows that the series could potentially run very long”.

Also, we’ve been getting a lot of any post-manga movies for big franchises in the 2010s and probably in the 2020s(Naruto, Dragon Ball, City Hunter, YuGiOh). I doubt Heroes Rising is the last planned movie, and I would think it’s crazy that the production Committee would want to continue making movies as long as they continue making money, even after the manga ends.

Guys, I don't think it's that hard to understand. Yonkou was just being sarcastic and making a backhanded compliment about MHA's movie success. And really, is it that surprising to expect MHA to keep pumping out movies in the future? I'm not. My only hope is for BONES to better pace out the movies so it doesn't eat into the staff composition for the main series.

My suggestion would be to release the movies in-between seasons, so they can maintain a steady stream of MHA content all year round.

Second day in a row and is going to stay there for a while longer most probably. This is definitely going to sell more than any OP volume that gets released this year.

Honestly if it's beating the quintuplets on their 2nd week I think it's fair to say this is going to be close to a 200k week for volume 18, which will put it either even or quite likely above OP 95 already. The way it's pacing I think Kimetsu taking the single volumes category is looking inevitable at this point.

SD remake would so lit if its by production IG actually. Guaranteed it'll be the top selling WSJ anime.

And really, is it that surprising to expect MHA to keep pumping out movies in the future? I'm not. My only hope is for BONES to better pace out the movies so it doesn't eat into the staff composition for the main series.

My suggestion would be to release the movies in-between seasons, so they can maintain a steady stream of MHA content all year round.

I said earlier that I highly doubt Bone literally has 10 movies planned. But I am sure they plan on making more and more movies as long as the series is running and the movies make money.

I mean, if Yozakura is genuinely failing to grow an audience, then Jump doesn't have to give it a CP...

Obviously Jump doesn't have to give Yozakura another CP, it's not entitled to it or anything, doesn't stop me from hoping for it. And I do think that even if it is failing to grow an audience, giving it a CP right now would pretty much be the best way to try and give it a bit of a boost, and seeing as no one else is getting one this week, it's not like it's taking space away from some other series that could be getting one. Guess I'll just continue hoping for next week.

I personally would like to see some of the not so popular series get color pages every now and then. Obviously not the cover page and lead color spread though. It doesn’t hurt
Some series will have beautiful color pages and color spread for their first 2 chapters(sometimes even better than the mainstays of the magazine), so it would’ve been cool if something like Bozebeats got another color pages just for the hell of it

We still not sure about it, Mitama Secureity isn't doing so hot in the rankings so far too and it got one, like the two said above, it wouldn't hurt give a color page for the manga to advertise the release of the first volume, specially when you don't have anything else with a color page.
