I think Madhouse could work. I don't think AA needs a lot of animation, but Madhouse can do good with the art and atmosphere. The studio that did Neverland would also be good.
I would say Shaft, but since they're bleeding creative talent, I would go with any team containing ex-Shaft members. Mamoru Hatakeyama (Kaguya-sama and Rakugo Shinju) would be an especially good director.
It's interesting, I heard the openings/endings playing in huge shopping malls across Japan (the bands is pretty well-known). So I assumed that would bleed into the anime's popularity. Guess not...^Throwback to HZ when we thought it'd get a boost

I think it's fair. More than one person expected good sales from Yaiba and Jump standards, sales, etc. are incomparable to other magazines.
