One Piece on break next issue or no?

Damn, that makes it, like, six chapters in a row. I know about the holiday breaks, but is still one of the longest streaks Oda has had since he started taking breaks.
He needs to put those chapters out to have volume 96 release in April, if he doesn't it will be delayed.

He's saying that Vol 19 will be up on Shoseki before the volume officially releases.
Not unprecedented, though, especially if considering the end of year breaks, last year One Piece appeared on six consecutive issues (but there were double issues in the middle), iirc. It should be really surprising if he does that six weeks in a row, I think. But even so... yeah, it's noteworthy. Maybe he really wants to end it as soon as possible?

Day 0 is when a volume starts selling before the actual release in KNY 19's case it will be released on the 4th so it should appear on the charts on the 3rd.
Hm, the leaker said nothing so far about OP being on break, but I haven't seen the complete preview image either so who knows.
