I'd go with type of magic because I don't know how strong her fire and ice swords are compared to Nakagami and Heaven's Wheel

• Nakagami probably takes the most MP to sustain and it cuts her opponent's magic.
• Erza's cherry blossom swords have better attack power than Nakagami.
• Her dragon slaying swords is better than regular cherry blossoms.
• The enchanted slayer swords with elements are better than just a regular dragon slaying sword.
• Spamming every single weapon in her arsenal with Heaven's Wheel is her strongest attack. Though if she's not spamming every single weapon in her arsenal, then Heaven's Wheel is only an average armour.

Natsu knowing the future changed it since he likely acted by keeping this in mind.

At one moment, you see Rouge's shadow going away, that was the point where Frosh dying no longer became a thing

Why not? The Nakagami armor is just another armor, but we understand it to be massively stronger than her others and treated akin to a mode boost. Her boosting her strongest offensive weapon is a power up. Her entire magic is based on the strength of her weapons and armors.

If time argument is valid than there was no point in having pantherlily wrecked like that. And he should not have been flying away from him during the battle. And time should definitely been mention in aome statement "i dont have time i have to put him down fast"

they were literally resting before they went to fight Hades. you can only argue that Gray was in bad state.

Erza even states that they will have to fight him with full power from the start and they did

besides, there is no difference between Tenrou Laxus and GMG Laxus so Laxus being stronger than pre SO Team Natsu is not out of this world.
