The Regulars above the 135th floor

We know that the regulars came from the different floors of the tower, whether from the external or middle area, so, do you think there are regulars from areas above the 134th floor?

I think no regular lives beyond 135th floor, otherwise we would have seen Headon choosing some and climbing the tower. Unless the origin citizen in the tower are living in some parts of Middle area area in 135th floor and above , i am not sure but we will see.

The regular system was set up by Zahard who only climbed to floor 134. Thus he is probably only the ruler up to that floor. There might be people living above that, but they cant be chosen by Headon as they live outside the scope of the regular contract.

Based on nothing, I'd think that 135 is special and not arbitrary. As in Zahard didn't just get lazy at 134 because 135 admin seemed tough.

As such I'd expect a crazy revelation about it. It wouldn't seem right all this was in an effort to open 135 and up and it's just more of the same.

So I'd hope for something like it being the final floor. Maybe empty other than the admin (think 1F and Headon). Maybe the birthplace of tower admin.

I just don't see a floor in no way different from the floors below it. There has to be more meaning to stopping where Zahard did. If 135 is just more of the same, where the hell does the tower end anyways is my next question...

One of the floor of test quizzes emulated the shinsoo density of higher floors.

I would guess higher floors are populated by rankers due to regulars not being able to withstand the shinsoo levels.

Do you mean natives? Because regulars are chosen to climb the tower up to the last floor that Jahad climbed from Headon, choosing regulars from higher floors is a bit pointless i guess and doesn't happen. They would basically descent the tower instead of climbing higher.

Administrators: "Your sinful eyes shall never glimpse the wonders and miracles of the higher floors."
Administrators: "As punishment for being a dick, we shall gift you the key to open the door to the 135th floor."
Administrators: "You will hide the key and fight fate believing yourself to be a god."
Administrators: "Know that someday the true god of the tower shall arrive to pry it from your cold, dead, fingers."
