Vivi is not a D. she doesn't have any determination for any kind of Destiny. But Oden must have been a D. because he was wanted to fulfill a destiny by opening Wano's borders and making Wano more lively.

Vivis mother's name, Titi, is an inspiration from Nefertiti.

It has also been a long time since I've last seen the Mummy, but Wikipedia says Imhoteps lover in that film is named Ank-Su-Namun.

Renpetneferet is said to have been Imhoteps sister in a story where she is desired by Pharaoh Djoser.

But what if he eat a defective Smile that allow he to transform in 100 beasts (animals, not monsters) AND the Dragon Fruit? Because I’m thinking, it’s never implied that a Smiler user can’t be a Devil Fruit user right? It’s an artificial fruit and a natural fruit, maybe don’t have the same drawbacks that eating two natural devil fruits. And it can explain the horns that Kaido have, all Smilers have horns, Kaido horns are different because of his fruit been different
