Personally, I think you should refrain from "generalizing". This is your opinion and while some may share it, not everyone does. What makes a "good series" is subjective to a point. Also, Labeling it a "failure" when you don't have all factors to base that on is erroneous. Say that after you have all reported figures because regardless of what your opinion on it's state outside of Japan may be, it's almost consistently highly rated. Far from not being a "Good Series".
Haikyuu can end in 2022 perfectly, We Never Learn can now last until Fall, Yuuna always seems is ending but doesn't end, and there is nothing saying that Dr.Stone is even in its final arc.
I mean, it's pretty obvious Stone is in its final arc, but that arc is going to be long.

Who knows? He might start a new work, if I remember correctly he said he kept in mind the wrong aspects of naruto and change in samurai 8 and the wrong aspects in Samurai 8 will be corrected in the "Next one" So yeah I think he'll try for a new one after some time

If Kishimoto still wants to make another series after S8 he will be able to, I mean, come on. It's not like one flop is going to suddendly make him become an unwanted author.
Not unwanted, but you can be certain he'll have more editor influence going forward.
Which is how it should have been anyways. Editors exist for a reason, and having active feedback or advice on how to proceed is valuable, whether he chooses to follow it or not.
