Conditional Natsu Dragneel vs Gajeel Redfox

It is finally time for a rematch. Time to decide who is Fairy Tails strongest dragon slayer once and for all!

This fight is held at the Domus Flau Arena, after the seven years time skip.
There is no time limit; the match is only won once the other mage is unconscious and cannot continue.

Conditions:

Natsu can't use Dragon Force.
Gajeel is able to use iron shadow dragon mode.

Since we don't know how Natsu would fend against the Iron Shadow Dragon I'm a bit leaned towards Gajeel but we already know that Natsu is one of the biggest users of plot armor, so Natsu would probably win.

Natsu was just slightly stronger than gajeel was at that time I give the win to Natsu. Shadow might be a problem for a while but I don't see it being a major one.
Lol using "plot armor" as an excuse in a fan made fight.

Natsu beat both Rouge and FRouge who both master Shadows and Natsu has Laxus''s lightning. I think Natsu would still win. Also to say plot armor is a fanboys trump card. Every single member of Fairytale has Plot Armor in this logic.

I'd say Natsu would win. He's beaten Rogue before, so knows how to fight against Shadow Dragon Slaying Magic, plus he has Lightning Flame Dragon Mode to use if needed.

Neither wins. It's a tie. Both have a combination of magic and at full power, they pretty much equal out. I don't know who would fatigue first, but I don't see a winner in this one

Tartaros Natsu, his feats against Mard are better. High diff though, they were obviously in the same ballpark in their fights with Tempester and Torafuzar. SO is also better than 3 months.

LFD Natsu would stalemate ISM Gajeel, or will extreme diff him.

DF Natsu >>> black steel Gajeel > LFD Natsu >= ISM Gajeel

Nah not black steel and not DF since DF is above all and steel we've seen once.

I wanted to make it as comparable as possible. They fought similar opponents with Dual Mode. Imo, it's either a pure stalemate or Natsu extreme diff. Natsu only widened the gap during Alvarez. Pre they were always somewhat equal.

How difficult would each round be for Gajeel? Does he clear?​

Round 1) I can see Gajeel winning this one with a high diff. Natsu is on a time limit in this mode.

Round 2) Natsu beat Animus amped on Dragon cry. He even became a half dragon. He takes it mid-high diff.

Round 3) Natsu One shots.

Round 4) Natsu ragdolls Gajeel.

Round 5) Natsu one shots.

Breezes to three. Depends on who hits first on the third. 4 and above is just a stomp in Natsu's favor.

Igneel powered Natsu overwhelmed Zeref, he mid diffs

Assuming Giant Gajeel has similar stats as DG...

1. Never saw Igneel-empowered Natsu. Natsu with Igneel leftover power is just Natsu with ability to kill immortal, he was still far bellow nothing to Zeref. If this Natsu cant use any mode in battle, Gajeel nodiff him. Even normal dual mode Gajeel could take it on hard.

2. This one should be at lvl 5. Natsu take it low diff. Gajeel is still a human with high physical stats, but low mp. DC Natsu is half dragon most powerfull demon. He should take normal dragons like ants. Gajeel is a bit stronger and has buff to physics, but still not match for DC mode.
PS. If Gajeel can use DF too (I think he can as he used steel already) diff should rise to high or even Gajeel could win.

3. I guess it is just Natsu, so POF or something is a nonfactor here. Gajeel takes it. DF slayers cant beat a DG lvl physics, also like Gajeel used his steel I think he can use any mode, so giant DF Gajeel stomp.

4. OK, this one should be far above Gajeel, and like Gajeel doesnt have any magic power up here, it is like fighting a giant hard rock. Natsu low diff.

5. 7DS Natsu is 95% Laxus + other 6 DS, so I guess Laxus cant defeat Giant Gajeel in DF, but maybe he could do it in normal mode.
