Oh, I thought this was just to shoot the shit. First thing you learn on battle boards is you will seldom change someone’s opinion. It’s just fun to debate people who are equally invested and see the world differently. It’s fun, long as people let it stay that way. So taking a break when it gets draining is a great idea. I have certainly used good arguments I’ve heard on other forums. I actually have Erza running a gauntlet right now

I like religious ones as well, not politics anymore just because of how tense it is. Especially since some policies are really life and death for folk.

Yeah, I will be honest, Laxus is why I read FT. Period. Yet it doesn’t bother me that Erza has caught up to his tier. She always was, an anybody who thought she wouldn’t close the gap eventually was kidding themselves.

You must have some serious patience. We are talking about a secondary character in a story from mishma.
Laxus barely ever appears

Alot of people thought or hoped that erza will become sakura of fairy tail. You should go back and check, people were all about how people will surpass erza
Or for characters like laxus, how laxus will surpass gildarts

Mira jane's power just came back after several years of inactivity. That time she cannot used her magic powers at its full extent. She has no training for several years and never done any request. Just at the guild acting like a mother to all members. But still she gives a better fight against azuma. She was just distracted bec of lissana.

Okay, but that's even worse. That means she simply doesn't have enough power to keep using her takeovers, and that Eflman and Bixlow didn't even have to beat her to exhaust her. Mirajane didn't recover usage of Sitri until after she trained. Or if you think Mirajane can always use Sitri, then Mirajane simply can't use Sitri after fighting Elfman and Evergreen with Satan Soul....which is even worse than not being able to use Satan Soul repeatedly.

She didn't do as well as Erza. Erza tanked shots from the Tenrou Tree, and was able to fight Hades afterwards.

With what? She used the same attacks against Freed that she used against Elfman. If she held back, it was only after she used her best attacks. Nobody was there around to see her fight Freed, and Mirajane wouldn't have cared about people seeing her when she fought Azuma.

Gray was heavily wounded, used much of his magic when he fought and beaten a heavily wounded mira jane on her weakest form. That alone proves that Mira is stronger than gray.

It really depends on mishma. Technically, Gildarts was around bluenote level, he couldn't do to bluenote what natsu could do. But suddenly he got a boost too. Maybe laxus is already above him with red lightning mode. But mishma might give Gildarts another stupid boost.

Erza gave Azuma a better fight, and Mirajane admitted that she couldn't have beaten Azuma.

Not hating on erza but she is just full of nakama. Along wih natsu, both are walking plot armour. When erza starts requipping into her clear heart clothing, you know that she will defeat her enemy, no matter how absurd the difference of power level. Anyway, yes erza give a better fight but i still like how mira fought azuma. Mira in her weakest state ( her powers were still not fully recovered after lissana pseudo death) but still wounded azuma.

Mira Jane needs screen time, additional training and do some request to improve her powers. Her take over drained so much magic power because she doesn't trained her body. Imagine if she can utilise her alegria form like her basic satan soul. Dammed

I also don't get why people thinks gray can easily beat mira just because he is a devil slayer. Slayer mage rarely kills or beat their specific element. Advantage yes.

Among current slayers, only natsu and sheria managed to beat their opponent but with the help of others. Sheria beaten dimaria using third origin but she cannot do it alone. Natsu beaten acnologia with the help of other slayers and all mages.

When erza starts requipping into her clear heart clothing, you know that she will defeat her enemy, no matter how absurd the difference of power level. Anyway, yes erza give a better fight but i still like how mira fought azuma. Mira in her weakest state ( her powers were still not fully recovered after lissana pseudo death) but still wounded azuma.

I also don't get why people thinks gray can easily beat mira just because he is a devil slayer. Slayer mage rarely kills or beat their specific element. Advantage yes.

From my recollection of reading Mira vs Azuma and Erza vs Azuma, they performed similarly. The main difference was in instances where Mirajane was distracted by Lisanna and then of course when she gave up to save Lisanna. Her BSS was performing similarly against Azuma as Erza in her regular armors.

Seeing it again, Mira did way better than Erza against Azuma. The only time Azuma hit her was when she was distracted and she put the hurt on Azuma in less time than Erza did. She did that without even being at maximum power either.

Considering that mira just got het power back after years of inactivity due to lissana's pseduo death, I assume that she cannot transform into her strongest satan soul during tenrou arc. Erza noted that it was mira's strongerst form during gmc which means mira jane already used sitri before.


If mira's magic power is not drained and lissana wasnt held hostage, then she got a upperhand against azuma. Zancrow noted that azuma was pretty beat up and that's when mira was in her weakest state and she cannot properly focus on her fight.

I don't think Mirajane was talking about putting all her power against Azuma, she's saying that if she put all her power in the time bomb in order to save Lissana. When the time bomb exploded Mirajane was unconcious and Lissana was concoious. Seems like Mirajane put all her power in defensive mode.

She was talking about fighting him hence her saying he's too strong (to beat and thus save Lisanna) then we see her looking at the bomb again before deciding to throw the match and do what she did to save Lisanna.

Erza did better than Mirajane. Erza tanked harder hits and dealt more damage.
