Henceforth, I will be deleting posts that complain about Weekly Shonen Jump having too many/not enough gag/battle/exorcism/sports/etc series.

These posts are not insightful, and do not meaningfully contribute to this thread. Also, this decision is not up for discussion, so posts discussing this decision will also be deleted.~ Halloween

I'll read Bone Collection carefully later but the first impression for me was bad.
Art is generic and theme is generic. Even the ecchi jokes are generic. If I were reading the physical release, I think I would skim over it and pass to the more awaited series.

So I binged what was translated of Mutou and Satou and it was pretty good! I really like Satou’s character design and personality, and the dynamic that the two share is pretty fun. Mutou’s dense but isn’t really annoying about it, and even his sisters aren’t insufferable. Would definitely recommend for a fluffy read.

While that'd be nice in theory, in practice it'd likely mean that they'd rushed the translations, leaving them riddled with inconsistencies, grammatical errors, and the odd translation error.

Would be really awesome if Viz capitalized on everyone being stuck at home and released every chapter of Act Age to the vault
I agree. Would also be nice to have the cure to cancer.
Cancer one is more likely tho.

This funny situation where Act-age still hasn't been released in USA (volume 1 in July) while in Spain we have already 3 volumes :3c

For me, a single chapter is not enough to finish Demon Slayer, at least two, the next and then the 205.
Pretty sure that's what's happening anyway

Few websites (not japanese) are saying that the last chapter of Demon Slayer will be the 204 (concerning the ''climax'' thing). I don't have links but I remember they were 100% sure about the ending of Demon Slayer on May 11.

What do you guys think about that ?

From the LCP it's getting next week, it points towards it ending next week. Unless they give it another CP or LCP the week after.

That always happens when we get a 'climax next issue!', a lot of people assume climax = the end. And then they're shocked when it doesn't end yet even though the exact same thing happens every single time. It's certainly possible it'll end next chapter, but climax just means climax, the big result of all the build up and battling. Epilogues happen after the climax.

Personally I think it would be strange for Kimetsu no Yaiba to just suddenly end in one chapter with no teasing the finale or countdown to the last chapter, not after how huge it's become in the past year.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if we still get another short arc of sorts. Neverland is specifically at the climax of the final arc, but I don't think Kimetsu's specifically said this was the final arc. Final Battle yes, but not final arc, it could still go for another volume or two wrapping up all the character's stories and finding a proper cure for demons.

Often we get early ToC leaks during a break week. I'm curious if that'll happen this time, or the emergency measures will mean we get at the same time as a normal week.

Appearently saying that a series is "entering the climax" written in katakana is something that jump often does to announce the ending, so yeah, climax can mean ending.

It can't get LCP the week after because a new series is starting. A new slot still needs to be freed for that, by the way, and nothing else looks like it could really end next chapter.

Does it? Aren't all the slots not yet filled in WSJ currently?
Samurai 8 and Zipman ended to make way for Moriking and Bone Collection. We need one more series to end for Ghost Writer.
