Also the choice of victim is interesting. Several people at least claimed a role, James comes to mind for instance. One kill might have been prevented by a doc.

Does seem unlikely,i agree. We had a similar situation in a previous game and later we saw that one of the Mafias had a Poisoner on their team and hence a delayed kill happened 1 Night later. This could be the same case here. It is either 2 Mafias, or one Mafia and a Third Party i think this time around.

Uuuh you guys forgetting the recruiter dies if he targets a scum...

I'd be thinking Juvs is mafia if she was in game, LOL. Dunno who else is close to Shino, maybe one of the girls. Dunno how she plays overall, but yeah, discussing who would be her favorite recruiting targets could be more fruitful than who would randomly pick her. It's also easier, since we usually recruit people we wanna play with in an early stage (since it's harder to know if you'd "erase" a good role from the game). Kills "failing" aren't that rare either (added marks there cause mafia recruitments is also a possibility). Maybe she also started with other masons (tho I believe Gry is averted to that).

Looks like our little Ninja isn't Mafia this game. Doesn't shinobi die quite often early in the game whenever she is Town? XD
But it is weird that she got killed, I can't remember her saying anything that would make her interesting of being a kill target. I wouldn't wonder if she got just unlucky about recruiting somebody. Did anyone start with shinobi as Mason? Did she say who she would recruit last night?

It seemed like she was suspicious of Sam, Lambu, and Spirit. She also said that she's seen nothing to suggest that this is a game with a lot of roleless players. That sounds like misdirection to me since she was a Mason Recruiter and Raven was a plain Townie. So we know it's likely that there are more.

There are some possibilities on how she died, either recruiting the wrong person or just being killed (which would require checking who she suspected, voted for ).

Quite interesting night. Assuming two killing parties is standard for such a large game which would typically mean that one kill failed. If Shinobi died from recruiting it would mean that two killings failed which is more unlikely. Of course we could have a coincidence where Shinobi was both targeted and suicided by recruiting either way it could be worse.

The question is whether she tested her suspicion and payed with her life? It is likely that there are more vanilla townies but now we do not have a way test vanilla townie claims (besides detectives and spies) which sucks.

Recruiting is priority 3 same as killing, if she was targetted for a kill, i assume she couldnt recruit anyone, thats why i think theres high probability she might have tried to recruit a mafia.
Also if theres already masons, i dont exclude the possibility theres a mafia mason too amng them .
