He obviously shot it on page 97.Wtf!..he still hasn't shot the arrow yet after 3 chapters

You think that, but we still can't be certain before SIU really tells us. Urek was pissed by RAO placing Phanta above him without them ever fighting and he never got angry that Jahad was above him. This hints that Jahad and Urek likely fought at least once, or else Urek would have stormed the RAO sooner.Zahard has the empire, his influence is greater!

Bam only saved people stationed at the needle. Houndborn evacuated the Cage and Yamma and co. held off the blast to save them from the aftereffects. Hidden Garden were shuttled from the Flagship by Lyboric, and 4th Squadron were anihilated along with Hynd Lunch. What alternate universe are these people living in
Baam saves everyone (except maybe Lucci) from the explosion. White holds Kallavan off from stopping Baam.
Urek has had a rivalry with Phanta since before entering the tower, his problem was never Enryuu or Zahard, only him. He doesn't care about the games in the tower, just because he was below Phanta. You think that, but we still can't be certain before SIU really tells us. Urek has nothing to get from Baam. He is powerful and leader of a strong organisation. He simply isn't interested in fighting Zahard and wants to find his own way, FUG wanted him, he rejected them, Garam, his love interest asked him to fight Zahard, he declined. He could kill Baam with ease, take the Thorn(he can, since he is an Irregular) and no one could do anything. Urek's philosophy is the only reason the Tower has been so "peaceful" until that Jinsung kidnapping. It's Baam who would actually get something from cooperating with Urek.Urek want to go out of the tower. His only option to do it is Baam right now. There will be Alliance between FUG and Wolfheisong probably together with Work Shop house(or something like this) plus some of FH families against Zahard and the remaining FH families. This will be the greatest war in the Tower.
sharon and a few of the 4th as well. Idk if Dowon needed saving cuz seemed like she was holding it off on her own, but he managed to save her tooYou think that, but we still can't be certain before SIU really tells us. Didn't save Lep who is worlds more attractive than SharonIf Ari Bright Sharon was an obese unattractive woman, no one would have looked twice (think Lollipop girl from the Hell Train arc.)
The only reason people seem to care about her is because she's attractive.
Finally something we agree on. I was just about to tell him the same thing. Lol Urek doesn’t give af about Jahad, he doesn’t acknowledge him. Urek treats him like a fly. He personally hates phanta or they have some rivalry which is why he was triggered phanta was above him. I don’t think he cares about anyone else being above or below.Urek has had a rivalry with Phanta since before entering the tower, his problem was never Enryuu or Zahard, only him. He doesn't care about the games in the tower, just because he was below Phanta.
He doesn't care, not that he treats him like a fly. Urek is well aware of his influence.Urek treats him like a fly.
That he did. With tons and tons of help, but he pulled it off!Pulled it the fuck off @Jubei_Kibagami
The 5th corps is shown to be near the Nest, behind the final wall. How do we know the location of the new 4th btw?
Nice straw-man there. One doesn't need to fanboy for White to realize that Kallavan is going all out - at least this chapter.Yes.
Let's throw all logic and reason out of the window and jump on the "B-B-But M-U-H-H WHITE SOOOO COOL" bandwagon.
Chapter 481: White: (Is he conserving power? He's only focusing on defense. Is he only targeting the Slayer Candidate?)
Chapter 482: White: That bastard, to think he still has this much power!!
Kallavan is holding back for whatever reason. I'll call it out when he goes full power, but this ain't his full power. We already have Ha Jinsung's fight as a reference. If someone isn't busting out their best moves, they ain't going all out. Don't know why this is so hard to understand.
Agreed... but why would Baam wait for that to even happen? Why not just get them out before the explosion? What usually kills people in explosions is the wave of expanding gas (air) from the explosion this is followed by a negative pressure wave which pulls you to the still hot center
I think an admin might have something to say about that...What about the crumbling a moutain without lifting a finger ?
You are aware that Blossom can kill the
whole population of a floor if she whants too Rigth ?
@Jack Van Burace makes a good point later that the tippy top seems to be less about influence. You realize rankings are not just based on power alone but influence as well right? Who in the Tower is going to be more influential then the king himself? Of course Jahad is going to rank higher then Urek even if he isn’t stronger. As he should.
Well, if he hasn't in 20k plus years, then it's not likely he ever will get to that point.well you made the claim NEVER, the wiki says all his power, implying current
also obligatory, SIU blog warning, the guy himself told us not to take them as gospel
I doubt that Urek has actually fought Zahard. But I do agree there are hints in the rankings at that level that it is based on who can beat who...You think that, but we still can't be certain before SIU really tells us. On a side note I wonder what beef one can have with one of the most powerful axes in greater (outside the tower) story. It's clear that Urek doesn't know that Phanti is an axis and/or what that means based on his comments about fighting him and willingness to go against a being that can blink him out of existence.Urek has had a rivalry with Phanta since before entering the tower, his problem was never Enryuu or Zahard, only him. He doesn't care about the games in the tower, just because he was below Phanta.
Urek may have nothing over to gain from Baam, but he seems to want to at least befriend him since they are cut from the same cloth - being indy contractors and irregulars. He's certainly monitoring his activity.Urek has nothing to get from Baam. He is powerful and leader of a strong organisation. Seing how they favorate Zahard , i don't see a admin ever raising is voice to Zahard . They are clerly on Zahard side .That he did. With tons and tons of help, but he pulled it off!

Nice straw-man there. One doesn't need to fanboy for White to realize that Kallavan is going all out - at least this chapter.
It was you bu bu bu but'ing about the transcendent skills - no one is bu bu bu but'ing about White.
Not sure why you get to 'call it' when he goes full power either. As @EternalWinter points out the EoB is literally leaking out of every orifice and every panel is his screaming face (curiously missing during Jinsung fight by and large).
Kallavan has to make sure that the sacrifice works, and tries to stop Baam and get past White. He fails at both. There is NO reason for him to withhold at this point and EVERY reason to believe he'd be going all out to stop Baam.
We also don't know his 'best moves' were used against Jinsung - you're assuming. Perhaps raw EoB is on another level from mere 'moves' (transcendent or otherwise). Kallavan didn't even have to try with Jinsung - at ANY POINT. Even after tanking a near-fatal blow, he casually fucked Jinsung's arms up. Prior to that he knocked him around like a rag-doll, and Jinsung had no ability to stop it.
But, let's assume you're correct and for some unknown and ridiculous reason Kallavan has more in the tank and is STILL WAITING to unleash it.
That means he's allowed Yolker to get punked, White to get the best of him repeatedly, lost an arm, and - most importantly - has failed YET AGAIN to stop Baam... and this time it's worse because now the sacrifice was in vain because he didn't stop Baam from saving everyone and now even Yas admits that the 4th is done and the battle at the first wall is lost. Not to mention him vowing to stop Baam after getting egg on his face from the first L he took when he failed to take Baam in. He's extra motivated to stop Baam and White in the process and simultaneously make the sacrifice have meant something, anything. To the point he'd threaten Ravioli's life over it (he clearly values his subordinates).
That means Kallavan has LOST. Even IF he is withholding against all reason - to what, wait until the important time to strike has passed? lol - this at the very least means he's an incompetent fighter, irrespective of the marginal strength he may or may not be sitting on...
Agreed... but why would Baam wait for that to even happen? Why not just get them out before the explosion?
What you are describing happens in a fraction of a second, and would be happening point-blank for those at the Cage. Baam's arrow can apparently bridge that distance and go to work faster than an explosion? mkay.
I think an admin might have something to say about that...
Regardless, the claim that she killed 99% (first it was 90% btw, the figure isn't even consistent) appears and disappears just to reappear on her wiki. It is NOT SOURCED. I can't find a source to this claim - which would put her damn near the top if not just under Phanti if so. Can you?
@Jack Van Burace makes a good point later that the tippy top seems to be less about influence.
- Enryu has no influence, might not even be in the tower... yet ranks higher than Zahard and has no recent feats beyond his only feat in the tower
- same for Phanti
- Urek wants to FIGHT Phanti for a higher rank
- Eduan wants to fight Urek to regain a higher rank in the tower
- No one knows if Urek could take Zahard, so they probably defer to 'influence' as king Zahard ranks higher. If there was good evidence that Urek could best Zahard - like Enryu and Phanti, he'd rank above Zahard plain as day. We have precedence in the rank 1 and 2 of people that came in after Zahard.
Well, if he hasn't in 20k plus years, then it's not likely he ever will get to that point.
The context is that Enryu has powers that exceed the tower itself, and thus have been labeled 'heretical'
I doubt that Urek has actually fought Zahard. But I do agree there are hints in the rankings at that level that it is based on who can beat who...

Maybe Baam can gain the power or access to help him in the end after all.
Maybe, maybe not.
Some of us like EVK and she's a fucking wildebeest.
Either way; this just in... people like the attractive characters more in media!

Dunno, he can't miss with this shot and needs to fully channel the souls. He's reasonably confident white and Cha can protect him. Tension building. There might also be advantage to making it so zahad's forces can't undo itAgreed... but why would Baam wait for that to even happen? Why not just get them out before the explosion?

Edit - not just faster than an explosion, faster than an explosion that's already happened.
I think an admin might have something to say about that...
