I just ran through the numbers, it doesn't even matter if the insane doc kills me and then they also kill an other townie. It's same result by killing mafia on day 8, HOWEVER the voting will be difficult if the attacks are used horribly. As well as the last resort cowboy fight. Basically it's all a luck based outcome
