I know people explained why English MP doesn't get as many titles as the Spanish version, but this is really frustrating... I only use the app to read Jump manga. And sure, they put out a survey, but still.

They have WEH as a hit which is still currently more popular than Jigo iirc. I suppose to have 3 pillars that they can market then Kaiju can fill that role if it sells well enough.

If any new Jump+ series can manage to do 1/4 of Spy Number (1 million by volume 4) in Jump+, it's already doing so much better than the majority of SJ series.

If i remember correctly, Spy also had 1+ million views every new chapter when it first started, and those views translate to about 50k first week first volume (and keep on selling till now)

When did english Manga+ last pick up a new series not by Viz anyway? The Spanish version seems to get something new every month or so, but the last new english manga I remember is Torture Princess and East Into the Night way back in October.

Then recently they had an incredibly limited poll that seems to have only ran briefly and was only available to people using the phone app. You'd think they'd let everyone do it.

Looks like stickying a message won't help here. Mangaplus doesn't decide which series gets picked up, nor is there a way to contact the companies that *do* decide.

Sorry everyone, but there's no way we can potentially influence this. We'll just have to hope they happen to pick it up.

I also can't find any mention of her on Sawai's Japanese Wikipedia page: https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/澤井啓夫 (but I might just be missing something).
