Gonna see if I'm right on this: I'm gonna compare numbers (MangaDex + r/manga, among others) against Kaiju No. 8 and see if this one proves to be more popular here, like I expected.

Summarizing: MHA, One Piece (absent), Haikyuu, Dr.Stone and Moriking don't rank, and Kimetsu and Neverland are over.

We have some hours before ToC happens. Let's do these two things:
-What 3 manga are getting the ranked top-3?
-Where will Jujutsu Kaisen rank?

My bet:
-Mashle, Black Clover and Jujutsu
-Jujutsu 3rd by default

They are. It's not really complicated. Simplicity is preferable in these situations.

As I said earlier, you either intend to read something, or you don't. There doesn't need to be a surplus of options.

Mainly the reasons I said 4/5 options.

Current poll needs at least 3 options, grouping the "Yes into two options is oversimplified and confusion, not having an additional option ("No I dont read it") or "No I dropped it" is an oversight.)

It's a poll related to Shonen Jump (Japanese and English included) manga. So, doesn't make sense to add Young Jump stuff in there.

Not really if its something thats commented upon week after week, surely your intentions aren't being communicated in a non complicated manner if people have to bring up clarification about it. Take an outside point of view and look over your words to see where and how questions may arise.

I did change the current answers to be a bit more comprehensive. The issue with adding so many different options is that, we'd essentially have to restart these polls all over again if they were implemented, and I really don't feel like doing that.

That's why I handed off poll duties to Shinuki, because technically speaking, creating these polls isn't in a moderator's job description. I do it solely in an attempt to make everyone happy, but it does feel like an obligation.

Hell, I even tried to let a normal user create the 2020 ToC thread so I didn't have to worry about creating polls, but the upper staff stated that only staff members could create the ToC thread.

There is no clear rule.
It's all based on the whim of Shinuki.
