Henceforth, I will be deleting posts that complain about Weekly Shonen Jump having too many/not enough gag/battle/exorcism/sports/etc series.

Undead x Unluck and Mashle are getting better and better each chapter

Once again I have no idea what happen in CSM and it still hard to enjoy the series, even when I read it 2-3 times

I think Jump will end up promoting the magazine as

Pillars: One Piece, My Hero Academia, Dr. Stone, Jujutsu Kaisen (with the new anime it's going to get pushed real hard, especially with how many big series have/are recently ended/ing)

Supporting pillars: Black Clover, Act-age

Up and Comers: Mashle, Mission: Yozakura Family, Undead x Unluck, Moriking

TBD: Ayakashi Triangle, Magu-chan, Hard-Boiled Cop and Dolphin, Me and Roboco

Soon to end (naturally): Chainsaw Man, We Never Learn

Soon to end (cancelled): Agravity Boys, Bone Collection, Time Paradox Ghost Writer, Mitama.
Personally I'd wager that either Magu-Chan, or Roboco will also be axed. Perhaps both. Both won't stay though.
With Moriking appearing to be a success, Mashle and Yozakura being comedy/action hybrids (possibly Ayakashi Triangle and Pig & Dolphin too) also likely to stick around Jump won't need more than one of them.

Chainsawman just feels like the writers have lost touch on how to tell a story and just go for shock value. I wish Denji was a smart lead.

Moriking and Magu-chan are so wholesome. Gives me joy reading it.
HBCD needs something else to up its level. I feel like the Dolphin cop does not help. It does not feel as a buddy cop story, yet.

Do we have more info on the one-shot from the week?

Do you still insist on not putting Yozakura Family as a romance too?
We had several chapters focused on the relationship between Taiyo and Mutsumi.

isnt it one-sided, the romance is not even a subplot. It'd be like calling KHR a romance series.

Colleague, the first chapter of yozakura is taiyo and Mutsumi getting married, apart from the various chapters focused on their relationship (chapter of the aquarium for example).
It is romance too, although it does not have ecchi mutsumi scenes or a love triangle.

As most of the time, JJK, UU CSM were the best of the bunch. Magu-Chan is the best Manga to read after JJK and CSM to cool a bit off from all the adrenaline. I think i'll drop Ayakashi. I wasn't even interested enough to open the chapter.

1. CSM
2. UU
3. Magu-Chan
4. JJK
5. AA

Haikyu!: I have a feeling that Haikyu! will be one of those mangas with a satisfying ending. This one already gave me a lot of happy feels and was way less confusing than the other chapters, probably because I recognized most of the presented characters (except for that mangaka dude, who was he???). It was an epic finish with a bait-and-switch, loved it! Hinata best decoy!!! And that last panel was all I ever wanted to see from this series! <3
He's none other than the OG Little Giant (Tenma Udai).

I mean it's exactly the same series as it was in Chapter 1, except the stakes are now higher than ever before. As for Denji's character, he grew up in poverty without education or parents to raise him. A major part of his arc is him always learning from those around him. Denji being emotional stunted and naive works well with the story's increasingly escalated action and violence because he goes along with it and doesn't halt the flow/break-neck pacing. A witty or genius protagonist wouldn't fit well into CSM at all.

What does that have to do with it? Yeah Yozakura is a romance partially but this isn't about genre, it's about status in the magazine.

He's romance, comedy and action. With little emphasis on Battleshonens.

Yeah I know, I read and an a fan of the manga, but again, he wasn't talking about what genre Yozakura Family is, that wasn't the conversation at all. It was about where it fits in the magazine in terms of status.

I put Yozakura together with We never learn and Ayakashi triangle.

Yeah in terms of genre, but that has nothing to do with what Rica was saying in the first place, it's not like romance manga are exempt from status in Jump so genre is irrelevant. What is it that you're missing here? I'm really trying to understand.

Don’t really get the recent complaints about Chainsaw Man being hard to follow in the latest chapters. Been catching up, and genuinely don’t understand how people aren’t able to follow what’s going on in the last few chapters

I think it's due to the fact that people have been reading it weekly and people sometimes forget details. Though I do think the last arc (The one starting from chapter 53) was pretty confusing even if I would have binged it (I caught up to it when the arc started I think).

Tho I have been confused in Jujutsu, not because of story but because I keep forgetting what they are doing. I will have to reread the current arc for that.
