Is it really decent if it's hardly above Mitama? I can't see it performing well.

My "decently" is considering everything, it will not perform "well" ofc but compared with the toc and how other later series performed, even BC that had two weeks in the top 5, i consider this so far "decently".

Not really, this is probably only due to Kimetsu no Yaiba's backlog running out of stock, reprints started going out today.

Still growing with or not Yaiba being counted, vol 3 was at 53th with more or less 20 Yaiba volumes in the middle, excluding them would put Yozakura at 33th or something which still 10+ positions under vol 4.

Very curious to see what Mashle, Yozakura and the rest look like first week with 6 days.

This reminded me, Yozakura vol 1 had 6 days and charted at #78 (With Yaiba wall of 20 volumes above), with the last volume selling better in a month than the first and vol 4 showing more signs of growing, will be interesting to see the numbers with 6 days, sad that if wasnt for Yaiba it could have a real chance of charting in the top 50.

the first volume has barley hit 30k
how will the manga gain new 30k readers that haven't read the first volume?

I love how Ryuusei is just gathering all the rankings he can from various stores because we're all dying to see how this batch performs. This week is going to be extremely interesting, between the WSJ issue releasing and the new volumes, and it may even help make up for the one-week absence that literally all the magazines will go on next week... x.x
