I'm looking back through old issues randomly and I noticed that To Love Ru didn't actually get the cover until ch 4 (it started in a double issue where it just got a section of the cover).

I wonder if that used to happen frequently, delayed front covers.

It actually happened quite a bit in the 70s and 80s, because it was either you get one or not, being the cases of:

(9) in 75, Akutare Kyojin (15), Tōdai Icchokusen (18), Yon-chome no Kaijin-kun (10) and Kochikame (5) in 76, Ring ni Kakero (17) and Hole in One (5) in 77, Sawayaka Mantarō (4) and Cobra (8) in 78, Kinnikuman (2) in 79, Hinomaru Gekijō (4), Captain Tsubasa (6), Fine Play (3), Makenshi (4), Rock 'n Roll Monogatari (3), Guts Try (7), Super Police (6), Shaka no Musuko (4), Gal ga Rival (3) all of these in 81, High School! Kimengumi (5) in 82, Aa! Bishamon Kōkō (3) in 83, Tokubetsu Kōtsū Kidōtai Super Patrol (4) in 87, Wild Half (4) in 96, Pyu to Fuku Jaguar (15) in 00, To Love Ru (4) in 06 and the last one being Bakuman recieving its cover in its 2nd ch in 08, and Boruto (3) in 2016.

Boruto also didn't got the cover for the first chapter but one in the 3rd chapter and Ooishi Kouji had some bad luck for being a gag author, both Maison du Penguin and Inumarudashi never got a cover, but at least Lycopene had one.

To simplify this TOC; old stuff + Roboco, then new stuff lol. I really hope that Magu-chan can start to rise up into at least the middle. Agravity's worst arc ever is ranking, so I'm guessing it'll be dead last at least until the whole flashback arc is finished being ranked, but hopefully Yozakura rises a bit since the serious arc was pretty good.

Cool color page for Cop and Dolphin, i just really like the fact the main trio are actual and real adults, it's quite refreshing considering is Jump where even if the character is "adult" it's always barely there or a childish personality.

I'm so disappointed in me that I can't like this series. I loved Beelzebub but I can't get into this or couldn't with Hungry Marie.
