Betting on Black Clover, about time for another cover and lead cp, also for the start of 4th year of the anime but could see Stone getting too

Alright, I guess I can see there is hostility but it's more like a loud minority hating on it. Every series has haters, and the people cheering the axe are toxic. However Dag said people where hostile here tho, comparing it to twitter which I think is incorrect (at least rn, as I don't see many people saying they are happy that S8 got cancelled publicly here).

To be honest i think Rain endlessly talking bad about the series just made everybody so tired of the topic that most started to run away from talking about the series kkkk

A ´Thus Spoken Kishibe Rohan´ drama will be airing for 3 consecutive nights, from December 28th to 30th.

[Halloween]

I think we’ve had enough discussion about Samurai 8/Dragon Ball Super/Boruto for the time being.

Let’s move on from those particular talking points, everyone.

Kimetsu no Yaiba 2nd Popularity Poll results in Issue #47

[Mankichi Togawa]

We've had in this 2020 popularity polls from practically all the important Jump manga:
-Kimetsu
-Dr.Stone
-Haikyuu
-Black Clover
-Act-age
-Chainsawman
-MHA just started its 5th poll

The only important manga with no popularity poll this year has been Jujutsu Kaisen. Which tbh has surprised me, I really thought it was getting 2nd popularity poll when it had the cover 3 weeks ago

[Mankichi Togawa]

Issue 47 cover will be Jujutsu Kaisen

[CuriousReborn]

Another JJK LCP?

[lgrmjauffre]

A Chainsaw Man CP for 4.2 million in print? I see what you did there, Shueisha.

[Mankichi Togawa]

Also, it surprises me to see Cop and Dolphin dwelling in the very bottom. Sales next month is going to be the true herald of its future, but seeing SCop and Dolphin in the very bottom below Moriking...

[Kattoki]

BC rank 1 ?

[savethecat]

Based on that pic, looks like Yozakura got another solid placement. And Phantom Seer in decent, spot that’s not particular good or bad, so it doesn’t really tell us much about how it’s doing yet

[Mankichi Togawa]

For Honomieru Shonen I'd say let's wait for next week since some bottom dwellers were getting CPs this week.

I'm really surprised about Jujutsu Kaisen getting a cover just 4 weeks after the previous one. My guess is that the second popularity poll is truly happening next issue.

Issue 48 should be going for Dr.Stone and issue 49 for BC/MHA for sure after this move.

[Shinuki no Reborn]

Yozakura in 6th!

But damn, cop and Dolphin last place? Not that worried since Yozakura himself and others been there sometimes, but still...

[Ryuusei]

Issue 47 cover will be Jujutsu Kaisen

Seems like you weren't right on the money with this one lol. Another Jujutsu Kaisen cover this soon is good, the series hasn't had that many covers over the course its run so I'm happy the anime is bringing this to the table. Hoping for more in the months to come.

BC rank 1 ?

Nope. Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia and Dr. Stone aren't showing in the pic. Jujutsu Kaisen is fourth on the ToC according to the leaker, meaning either Dr. Stone or My Hero Academia have the top spots.

I'm really surprised about Jujutsu Kaisen getting a cover just 4 weeks after the previous one. My guess is that the second popularity poll is truly happening next issue.

Issue 48 should be going for Dr.Stone and issue 49 for BC/MHA for sure after this move.

Nothing about a popularity poll coming from the leaker yet so I highly doubt it. It says "united front", which is weird and could mean a lot of stuff really but we'll know the details once we get the full picture of the preview.

2 Chapters: High School Family.

Spoiler: Pic of Bottom Half of ToC #46 2020

WSJ 47 Cover and LCP: Jujutsu Kaisen.
CP: Chainsaw (4.2M copies), Ayakashi.
Extra: High School 2 chapters.

If it weren’t for sales and the second color page, I’d be worried about Ayakashi. Glad Yabuki seems to have another hit on his hands, it’s actually really impressive.

Chainsaw Man at 4.2 million copies, and not even 10 volumes (I think). Good numbers!

Curious about the Magu-Chan and WNL CPs. For WNL, this is where things get interesting, concerning the fandom.

[Franz]

Black Clover is 4th

[Mankichi Togawa]

ToC ranking this week would be this:

01 Dr. STONE ~ Z=163: Multifront Final Battle
02 My Hero Academia ~ NO. 282 - FOOTFALL OF DESTRUCTION
03 Jujutsu Kaisen ~ CHAPTER 119: THE SHIBUYA INCIDENT, PART 37
04 Black Clover ~ Page 262: A Turbulent Conference
05 Chainsaw Man ~ Chapter 82: Always Eat a Hearty Breakfast
06 Mission: Yozakura Family ~ MISSION 48: CLEANING THE YARD
07 Phantom Seer ~ CHAPTER 1: THE BOY WITH PSYCHIC POWERS
08 Mashle: Magic and Muscles ~ CHAPTER 28: MASH BURNEDEAD AND THE BROKEN MASK
09 UNDEAD UNLUCK ~ No. 029 Under
10 Me & Roboco ~ Chapter 7: Ghosts and Roboco
11 Ayakashi Triangle ~ CHAPTER 10: THOSE WHO CAN SEE, AND THOSE WHO CAN'T
12 Moriking ~ Chapter 17: Rhinoceros Beetle vs. Bank Robbers
13 Hard-Boiled Cop and Dolphin ~ Depth 8. Distinguish Yourself

PS: ToC is already fully posted in Jacc post.

[ItsSamu]

Nice, TOC time.

• Like I thought, Me & Roboco falls into the bottom 5 this issue (alongside Undead Unluck). It's pretty much guaranteed neither would be there if We Never Learn, Agravity Boys, and Magu-chan weren't getting colour pages so it's not that big of a deal.
• Hard-Boiled Cop and Dolphin at last place this week doesn't look good but hopefully it recovers/volume sales keep it afloat. Ayakashi third from the bottom again, but it's getting another CP already.
• Phantom Seer managed a ranking in the middle, not bad considering the placements this week. Next week will be more telling.
• Another Jujutsu Kaisen cover already? Nice.
• Looking forward to two High School Family chapters next week.
