Actually I'd say 50%/50%. 5toubun still has consistently selling +200 thousand every month so I don't know if JJK will be able to beat it or end just 50.000 copies below. There is also Neverland there.

Year end should be on the 22nd going off previous years so very good odds as long as it keeps it up for 3 more weeks

The JJK anime boost looks to be one of the best since Oricon started giving numbers, below KnY and Snk, but above basically everything else (maybe Seven Deadly Sins is on par?).

Just because this year has been pretty bad for OP doesn't mean it's not still a juggernaut. If it releases four volumes it's gonna pretty much a guaranteed second place.
Even with 4 volumes, it could sell under 10m a year. (Likely to actually, considering in 2019 it only sold 10,134,232 with new volumes that sold better and Stampede that helped a little its backlog sales).
Here's the thing. According to Jump's plan, One Piece was supposed to release volume 98 on December, but it's not listed as a December release on Jump's site. Given that it only released enough chapters to fill said volume last week, it's safe to say it's delayed by at least a month or until the end of December, but Jump has already listed Spy x Family to be released at the end of December and there are no sings of One Piece 98 there so the chances of it still being released this year are lower. Besides that, there's already a list of January releases and One Piece 98 is still not listed there, increasing the chances of it being delayed by two months. Of course, it can still be added to January list, but it's not a surefire thing.

Peak as in Sales per volume. JJK isn't going to last 74 volumes.
The problem with that is that you used their first volume sales as comparisons to try and support your point. The others merely said that BTW had an anime and a large promotion due to a famous author by the time it’s first volume came out, something that JJK did not have by then. They’re not really comparable.
