Top 5 this week:

JJK: Akutami literally never misses
UU: Andy very good, also wtf they're doing the Lincoln assassination lmao
CSM: And so begins the Fire Punch-ing
Yozakura: Hype for the next arc, should be very good
Magu-chan: Wholesome as heck, first Magu chapter to make my top 5 in a while

Yozakura was alright this week, I liked the more plot related stuff but the gags fell really flat

Agravity was good, I liked seeing a relationship we hadn't really seen a lot of but the ending threw all that away. Gradually moving towards the end

Undead was great, I love how we're seeing Andy and Fuuko's relationship progress as well as how they develop individually. Looks like Fuuko took a page from Dr Hiriluk's book.

Mashle was good, gags were good but I felt they kinda undermined the new characters

Moriking was okay, didn't really laugh but it was nice to see Oki get a chapter to himself

Ayakashi was pretty good, nice breather chapter after that arc while still feeling like it has stuff going on

Magu was also pretty good, really cute chapter

Dolphin was okay, the ending has me looking forward to next week but I have no idea where the series is going with this chapter

Roboco was good, felt like it's weakest in a while but still enjoyable

Phantom was pretty good, some interesting setup and the twist at the end has me excited for next week

HSF was good, about as good as usual

Blood Oath continues to be hilariously bad, edgy, directionless, and now with a brand new transformation.

Build King was good, I liked the worldbuilding stuff with the storm but otherwise didn't feel much from this

Sakamoto was good, not as good as the first chapter, but still pretty enjoyable

OP, CSM, and JJK were all great this week. In general the established series all had good chapters this week too.

Another week I enjoy most series and thus it's harder to rank them. Undead Unluck had a great chapter. Both Jujutsu Kaisen and Boku no Hero Academia passed in the blink of an eye, they were intense. Can't help but laugh at Agravity Boys' last page. It's dumb and tbh made the chapter pretty useless, but I can't help it.

About the new series, both Sakamoto Days and Build King were interesting. It'd be good if both of them could stick.

How long has it been since there were twenty-one series in the magazine and all ran in the same week? Feels good to have so many to read at once. Overall, a pretty solid week for most series. My Hero Academia was my favourite mainly thanks to the return of one of my favourite characters of the series after being absent for so long, loved that final spread! Other than that the star of the week was Undead Unluck, which has gone from my second least favourite in the magazine (at around issue #38-39) to my second favourite of this week. It's been on a constant high since the plot revelations a month or so ago and this is the easily easily easily the best of the series so far. It's marvellous whenever Undead Unluck manages to circle back to the start of the series and make sense of the insanity that the story seems like at first.

Other great chapters this week are: Sakamoto Days, which is still just as fun the second time around, big fan of the balance of comedy and action it has going; Chainsaw Man, which I read just after Jujutsu Kaisen, and was definitely the more successful of the two intense fights; and One Piece, which feels like it's building up to (hopefully) a monumental 1,000th chapter. Me & Roboco wasn't as impressive as last week but still solid. Similarly, Mashle didn't quite make the most of last week's reveal, but I expect next chapter shall be more what I was expecting. High School Family also had its funniest chapter in while, and Dr. Stone delivered plenty of epic double spreads which I much preferred to the rubber science of recent chapters. Build King's third chapter was the best for me so far - most of the content at sea wasn't anything noteworthy, but the worldbuilding in the final page gives me hope.

As for disappointments, Ayakashi Triangle returned back to what I expected, though at least it's carrying on the plot established from the recent chapters. Agravity Boys pairing together the two characters it did for an entire chapter didn't work for me at all. And at this point poor Moriking just feels like a sped-up countdown to the finish line. Our Blood Oath's action was decent enough this week but its place in the story feels hollow, like it holds nothing of importance just like the rest of the narrative so far.

My ranking of the chapters compared to last week:
  1. ( - ) My Hero Academia
  2. (+5) Undead Unluck
  3. (-1) Sakamoto Days
  4. (+1) Chainsaw Man
  5. (-1) One Piece
  6. (-5) Me & Roboco
  7. (-4) Mashle
  8. ( - ) Black Clover
  9. ( - ) Jujutsu Kaisen
  10. (+1) High School Family: Kokosei Kazoku
  11. (-4) Phantom Seer
  12. (+3) Dr. Stone
  13. (+1) Mission: Yozakura Family
  14. (-2) Hard-Boiled Cop and Detective
  15. (+4) Build King
  16. ( - ) We Never Learn
  17. (-4) Agravity Boys
  18. (-1) Magu-chan: God of Destruction
  19. (-1) Our Blood Oath
  20. (-10) Ayakashi Triangle
  21. (-1) Moriking

Nice world building for Build King. The final spread is what I want to see more out of the series. I'm excited to see how the story develops from here.

1. Undead Unluck: That was a great moment of character development, for both of them. This visit to the past really paid off. And the final moment between the two was special. Loved every page of it.
2. Mission: Yozakura Family: The return to episodic comedy was limited to...one episode. Nice. The grandparents are great characters and I was waiting for their return, I'll say they are building up to the final battle but probably I'm looking too much into it.
3. My Hero Academia: A chapter full of great returns! Those are always cool, but they all need to give some explaining. They shouldn't be there to begin with!
4. Sakamoto Days: A fun episode, I liked it even more than the first chapter. And you can't help but relate with the bandits, axed mangas can definitely leave a deep wound in your heart.
5. Black Clover: This week there are a lot of "preparations for the final battle". Training is over, now I'm excited for this mission to start and for the many characters involved to get their hands busy.
6. Chainsaw Man: I read this chapter in like 20 seconds. Pure chaos like last week, but with a good twist at the end! This leaves me interested.
7. Magu-chan: God of Destruction: It started quite boring, but kept up as the chapter went on with more involvment from the Gods and the wholesome umbrella scene at the end. This can really be a precious gem of a manga when it wants to.
8. Jujutsu Kaisen: This chapter is all battle coreography. You know that your manga is going well when you can spend whole chapters in battle coreographies.
9. Hard-boiled Cop and Dolphin: I loved Orpheus and his addiction to luxury. I always thought that Chako needs a friend about her age, but I hoped something better for her first encounter.
10. Dr. Stone: We are still in a transitional phase. The whole chase scene was nice but we need some plot advancement at this point.
11. Build King: Didn't impress me much. The description of the giant hurricane is very Toriko-like, and all the interest lies in what will happen now that they have reached the continent.
12. One Piece: Not actually bad, and one situation was even resolved, but I still feel overwhelmed by all the various scenes taking place at the same time.
13. Ayakashi Triangle: Fist page: naked girl. Oh well. On the bright side it was nice to see that the monster-of-the-day structure has been scrapped (for now) and I liked that the focus is now on the mutual acceptance between humans and monsters (see, OBO? That's how you do that well!)
14. Highschool Family: I liked it more than usual, at least for the "she YOLOed so hard" line that legitimately cracked me up.
15. Me & Roboco: Not the greatest of chapters, it just didn't click with me. That's the nature of gag mangas, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but you can still win with someone else.
16. Our Blood Oath: I'll tell you this, it wasn't so bad this time, at least the new villain looks more interesting than the one who just got defeated.
17. Mashle: I'm starting to become unsuffering about this. High magicians discuss the fate of the world (clearly an high school topic), Mash makes a snarky comment about it, someone powerful does something dangerous, Mash scoffs at it and solves the situation easily, someone menaces him, he doesn't care. Every single chapter is the same at this point, but I feel like I am the only one getting tired of this.
18. Phantom Seer: With the beautiful stalker that actually hides a mistery and is probably evil we are back in "more of the same" territory. I hope this manga can find its identity because when it's good it deserves its spot in the roster.
19. Moriking: Looks like every battle will be the spotlight for a side character from now on. I liked the premise of this fight, so I hoped for something better, but it was not a funny chapter at the end.

Question: Is it this week that we get an update from MangaPlus IDs?

Can't believe Eiichiro Oda himself invented a time machine solely for the purpose of copying this week's Undead Unluck chapter.... but seriously, what a fantastic chapter and what a joy it is to see this series getting better and better while consolidating itself

Build King really does have great worldbuilding but literally nothing else in this series does it for me, oh well. My Hero really disappointed me this week, bringing my favorite character in the series back in a way that didn't have any build up, I was excited to see more of his arc in the future, but not like this. Phantom Seer had a really good chapter this week, really digging Iori and Aibetsu's relationship, High School Family also had a good chapter.

lol Jujutsu Kaisen anime boost was so big it could have beaten Haikyuu too if it would have had 2-3 more weeks. 2021 is going to be so fun

Domination is the only way to describe this really...KnY alone sold more than the entire highest top 10 to date (2011), the entire top 22 spots are occupied as well as 26/50, nd the freaking fanbook that released last year is above every non-OP jump volume...

Even the novel department is absolutely ridicolous.

That said it's a strong top 10 overall, the strongest we've had in years even excluding KnY. Good on Kingdom for ending up #2 (even though that's due to OP only releasing 3 volumes) and JJK making #5 is very impressive, as well as SxF already selling that much. MHA sold 6mln yet only cracked #8 due to how competitive this year has been.

Kinda overshadowed by KnY insanity, but JJK getting into the top 5 out of the blue is pretty epic, too.

Congrats to Kingdom! Still going strong after all these years. Will also be interested in JJK sales next year alongside the rise of SxF.
