I checked it years ago as well, but went to check the manga and realized how different from the series it was.

There's a remake that will be out soon, hopefully you check it again.

Yeah gladly it did, was on hiatus a lot of time and suffered a lost of popularity, but it was actually a pretty good final arc.

Shame how underrated it is.

but is it good til the end? sometimes shounen start good and end up becoming garbage halfway there. like bleach or naruto.

but yeah i think it was the hiatus that made me stop reading it.

well i catch up once every 2 or 3 year with the manga. last time i tried to catch up with the anime but the slow pace annoyed me so i reverted to the manga. i don't check on a regular basis. the pace is just too slow and i lose interest. Oda should just end it, one arc in one piece take like 2 years now. lot of bullshit that could be cut
