I think we don't have Bleach peak of sales per volume, unless there are some numbers pre 2008 but at vol 32 Bleach was probably past it peak, vol 36 was at "955,085" in a entire year so the peak after it got the anime is probably quite higher than this.

The guy's just wasting what was his art in copying pages from other manga and posting them on Twitter as some kind of artistic practice
but that's an artistic practice and it's pretty common
copying artwork isn't easy (as long as you're not tracing)
it's teaches inking, shading, perspective, drawing backgrounds and in comics cases paneling and speech bubble placement

Actually surprised no one mentioned Haikyuu when it's even in the artist bio alongside MHA, there are many panels and angles that is totally Furudate influence, specially the black hair guy, his nose, hair and face structure is totally Haikyuu, the author art now is 100% a mix of Horikoshi and Furudate.

Btw, influences in the art is something the author just needs to work and he/she is super young yet but the one shot itself was actually interesting, promising stuff
the sad truth is not many people read Haikyuu
I'd say Furudate influence was as obvious as the Horikoshi one

How does Jujutsu's newest volume's sales compare to Bleach's peak for a new volume?

The Gege and Kubo collab in Jujutsu's upcoming fanbook has me curious if it's pulled ahead or not.
Bleach peak first print was 1.26M, IIRC.
I'm assuming the next JJK volume should have at least 1M or 1.1M initial print with the one after that most likely beating Bleach's print.

Full volume reprints to bookstores for MASHLE and Undead Unluck on the 25th. Ayakashi Triangle has the same thing scheduled for the 26th. Expecting some kind of anniversary promotion for the first two and then maybe Ayakashi added as some kind of new popular hit trio.

Bleach peak first print is 1.33 million with volume 25. I agree with you on JJK surpassing Bleach’s peak within the next two volumes with its speed of growth.

Ah okay. So I'm probably confusing Bleach's peak print with Prince of Tennis or something.
Bottom line, JJK would've surpassed it by this year.

Hasn't JJK already surpassed Bleach?

These numbers go against the information I've seen, do you guys have a source for both Bleach and JJK numbers?

Well, JJK number is from Oricon. It hasn't surpassed 1.2M in sales, probably will this week?

Bleach is the first print peak.

highest known initial print was for #25 at 1.33M

Highest known on oricon (obviously not complete since bleach is older than oricon manga weekly and it is after the peak)

Yeah, looks like JJK still has a week or two before getting to Bleach/AC level. Thanks.

BUILD KING still not doing so good. While SAKAMOTO staying in the Top 5. Such different results from batchmates.

HBC&D at the very bottom...maybe it really is ending.

Yay Sakamoto! Super glad to see the series succeeding so far, it totally deserves it. And finally Phantom Seer gets some kind of award within the magazine for its performance.

If Dolphin hovers around bottom 1-2 for a while that's probably an indicator it's next to go. I don't think they'll axe Build King until after volume 1 sales come out, maybe it'll surprise us...but I'm not so sure it'll pull a Phantom Seer, it doesn't have the art appeal nor a particularly original story (due to how similar it is to Toriko which also had a decline toward the end of its lifespan). We still have to wait until tomorrow for Shoseki but I doubt HSF did well enough to get the coveted gag spot that's probably going to Roboco. The sports chapters seem to be well-recieved but on the whole I don't think it's popular enough.

Magu narrowly avoids bottom dwelling...for now. Could change come the spring batch (which personally I'm predicting is only gonna be 2) if one or more of the above that I mentioned are gone. Come on baby get a year in I want to belieeeeeve...

We obviously need 1st Volume sales before calling Sakamoto Days a success. But with the combination of the 2 consecutive top 5 placements, a color page next week, and the Vomic YouTube viewcount and like bar, I’m leaning towards Sakamoto Days being a definite hit now

After Moriking is better to wait and see for the first volume, it also had great rankings for many weeks and a color page, but sold 4k and flopped, but yeah so far looking good for the series
