I imagine the "thanks for the popularity" is just a tag they use when a new series asks for (or just happens to receive) a few extra pages early on. I don't think it means much. If it happens multiple times it's might actually be because of popularity, but on its own has it really only happened to U19 series?

Witch Watch is at the bottom and still in its official rank.

This does not seem like a good sign.

It isn't ranked until Issue 17. Last week it was at the top. Unranked series bounce around.

But they don't always appear at the bottom. And WW is at the bottom before being ranked.

I'm surprised to see them so close since recent discussions made me believe Phantom Seer was a bit higher than that. Still good for both series, though!
