Oh yeah, that one was fun. Didn't knew it got cancelled, I think the translation stopped before that because I cannot remember reading its ending.

Yea that manga was called Ryoko it had a lot of breaks then it got canceled and I'm hoping Ame no Furu doesn't have the same fate because it is nice to have another female main character in Jump.

Bad tripper one shot will be good or a edgy trainwreck.
The upper ones felt generic , lower right is sorta interesting altough will probably be the generic sengoku manga number 100042 while No one know I don't know what to felt.
Still, is better to wait until the plot/sumary is released.

No, we've had two series end to make way for the two new series (Phantom Seer and Build King) and oneshots don't need their own slot in the magazine.

- They are cooking demons or are demons the cooks?
- I predict lots of "horny" jokes from the readers for this one.
- Sci-fi? Well, that's a genre I'd wish all the success in Jump. Like when was the last time we actually had a proper Sci-Fi success? Except WT obviously.
- I hope this one will play fun on the whole edginess from the assassin.^^
- Uhm, pass.

So if I understand this right, they send out 5 One-shots, see which has the most positive response/biggest chances of becoming a series depending on the mangaka and his/her goals/prepared storyline and that one or two get a series then?

If i tell c ends with only two volumes, it should leave the magazine between Issue #25 and Issue #27.

That's really close for a new serialization round, especially if series end in order of seniority.

I don't think we'll see new series until #27 at the earliest since these oneshots are getting colour pages like it's a big promotional thing, could even be later if there's another 8-10 issues gap.

Another CP for Elusive Samurai surely is impressive. If anything this can only mean one thing, that Jump likes this series and that it is pushing it hard (unlike a certain recent axe which deserved better).

This might be quite premature to ask, but does anyone who follow JP twitter or sum have an idea on how the japanese public feedback is for this series? And can we extract an abstract hypothesis on how much the series might sell in July? I’m guessing around 50k but all these CPs and high positions in the TOCs are telling me that it might be more than that.

I know it’s very premature, but this has been on my mind for quite some time now and I would love to read what others have to say about this.
