Time Control Artifact had it's name revealed in volume 6, it's called Life is Strange, the name is based on a game of the same name where you play a teenager who uses time to change outcomes.

Chapter 63 spoilers:
My Beloved
-Shen collapses from his wound; Mui rushes to his side, while Feng calls him "lukewarm", like his sister.
-Andy recovers and attacks Feng, but Feng dodges.
-Fuuko likewise tries to shoot Feng, but he catches the bullet between his toes.
-Shen's ghost, taking on the form of his younger self, meets with Mei's ghost.
-Mei tells Shen she was happy that he taught her Feng's technique.
-However, Mei then explains that Feng forced Shen and Mei to compete against one another.
-Feng tries to dispose of Mei by knocking her off a cliff; Shen catches her and tries to pull her up, but he acquires his Negator ability and forces Mei to let go of him.
-Shen apologizes to Mei for leaving her alone and wants to go with her, but Mei refuses, saying he still needs to protect Mui.
-Mei explains that after being beaten by Feng, Shen set out on an endless quest for more strength, eventually only viewing other people as "strong" or "weak".
-It's also during this period that he meets Juiz and joins the Union.
-While out on a mission for Union, Shen comes across a young Mui and her brother, whose parents were killed by a UMA.
-He initially only took Mui under his wing because she was like him and Mei, but gradually his heart began to heal.
-Mei thinks Shen is in love with Mui and asks him what love feels like; he denies it, saying he "doesn't deserve that" and that it doesn't matter anyways since he's already dead.
-Mei again refuses to let him die and asks him to become happy for her.
-Mei's ghost fades away, while wishing luck to her "beloved big brother".
-Shen's body revives, to Mui's surprise.
-Shen asks Mui to kill him.

Quite surprising. As much as I was sad by Shen's death last chapter, this revival seems really abrupt.

He's not revived yet, he was really close to death and it seems he could talk to Mei, he came back to the living but is still severely injured, he's still dying, but I don't think he will die now, since the Life bag from chapter 61 has to come into play, and depending on what Mui says, he may wanna live for real.

Seeing that Shen has both the Nyoibo and the Kintoun, as well as Mui getting a hold of some Artifacts, what if the artifacts Shen holds aren't inspired by Journey of the West, but Dragon Ball? Yeah, I know Dragon Ball itself was inspired by Journey of the West itself, but the only possibility I can think right now is Mui has the Dragon Ball artifact and subconsciously activated it by wishing Shen to be alive.

Just caught up with the recent chapters. What an arc! Shen became a lot more likeable. I didn't think there'd be opponents able to deal with Andy like this after his training.

Well...she used some balls to make him "survive". He's dead but participating in the story. That is completely in line with Goku
