Suzaku wins. Among the S12, Brandish has shown limitation in her hax. Brandish's hax didn't affect enchanted Neninhart. I believe Suzaku > Enchanted Neninhart and she didn't show any feats with combat,add to that the speed of Suzaku's slash.

I think the BDSK are >= to S12 top tiers. Suzaku tanking against Selene proves that. Also,they have to be stronger than previous villains to be relevant especially with 5 Acno tiers around.

First of all, Erza's stats >>>>>>>>> Brandish's. Brandish's physical stats are on x792 Lucy tier, Brandish was far superior only in magic power. Erza being able to barely react doesn't imply Brandish would be able to react.

Second, being "tired" in FT makes no difference for MCs. Erza was "tired" against Eileen, made no difference. Natsu was "tired" against Zeref, Acno, Aldoron, Mard etc. Made no difference.
Unless explicitly stated, it makes no difference

Third, x793 Erza was barely able to react to Suzaku's first shot, and got one shot by Suzaku's 2nd shot before she could react. He also went onto one shot Natsu also before he could react as well, btw.
x792 Erza was fighting almost equally with human Eileen, i.e their physical stats were comparable
Suzaku >> x793 Erza >> x792 Erza
human Eileen >> Brandish in all stats
Do the math.

And finally, Brandish's confirmed limitation of hax is against opponents with MP >= enchanted Neinhart's

Until someone can show me a single panel (all I'm asking is a single panel) of Brandish successfully busting someone's organs in combat, it's not a real thing. And no, making someone big or small is not the same thing.
