The years I've been waiting for Inazuma Eleven Ares, or whatever else its become, and will become since delay after delay after delay from 2018. Level 5 and delay go hand in hand.

Shoutout to "Iwamoto-senpai no Suisen" by Hiroshi Shiibashi starting in 69th, which is a good start for a Ultra Jump series, really happy for Shiibashi, will finally have a stable serialization and actual promotion by the magazine (already got a 2nd cover), and unfortunately WSJ wasted a great artist, praying for Tamura not being the next...

WSJ wasted a great artist
I don't get this sentiment. He does not have hit with WSJ is his own problem. It is great that he continues to find success somewhere else.
For comparison, the great seinen mangaka Sakamoto Shinichi (Kokou no Hito, Innocent) had 2 WSJ flops back in 95. Does that mean WSJ wasted him?

Disagree on Neru.

Chapter 2/3 taken together are incredible.

Still will decide how it handles the next section.

Candy Flurry was really fun, not expecting to like it as much as I did. I think it's maybe the most unstable series I've read in a long time, where we get these good chapters once in a while (I remember really liking the popcorn vs lollipop one), but then almost everything else is just a trainwreck

Great issue, basically every series had a really good chapter

Undead was great, loved seeing Fuuko's plan play out

Kinda mixed on Mashle this week, loved the art, but I really don't feel anything for the plot, and the comedy didn't land for me this chapter. At least it looks like the arc is wrapping up

Ayakashi was great, simple chapter but very effective in showing Matsuri and Suzu's relationship

Magu was pretty good, the first 2/3 were great, but the ending made me groan a little. I loved Muscar's monster design and it made me care about him for once, so that's appreciated

Roboco was good, nothing bad but nothing super remarkable, pretty average stuff

HSF was great, I'm not the biggest fan of Gomez gags but this chapter had me laughing throughout

Sakamoto was incredible, great breather chapter after last arc and the gags all landed on the mark

Elusive was pretty good, I like the brother's dynamic and the explanation for the supernatural is satisfying

Witch was pretty good as well, enjoying this serious arc a lot

Blue Box was cute, not a whole lot else to say

Candy was surprisingly pretty good, the gag landed really well, and the art looked good too

Hood was good, pretty satisfying conclusion to this battle, but it's the last page that has me very interested for next week. Hopefully it shakes things up after this solid, but simple, introduction

Neru was great, really fun to read, and the art is super charming. That's all I can really ask for

Stone was incredible this week, Sai is already one of my favorite characters, and I love the Dai no Daiboken reference
