I feel like launching a delinquent manga right now would scream "we're trying to piggyback off of Tokyo Revengers' success" but who knows, if it's good it could still work I guess.

One Piece #99 is climbing in the top 10, it's 6th now, it's been a long time a new OP volume had this level of effect in the last ones

Moreso you have all the last 10 volumes in the top 500 with a small backlog starting, I really do predict a crazy year for OP but content wise and sales wise.

To be fair, they didn't "defeat racism". But they did, for a single instant, for a single person, overturn a single mob's fears in exchange for the promise of something in return. It's the first step in a very long road towards the future Hawks mentions.
With "defeat racism" I was thinking about the heteromorphic girl, that says she has been rejected from many shelters because of her quirk. If that is true, it means that she is living in a very racist environment, and in real life at least some guy in the crowd would go full white suprematist and keep opposing to Deku returning to UA simply because an "inferior race" stood for him.

Next week is very improbable but after the movie there's also Jump Festa which would be the perfect time. An excellent stopping point is also within reach and with Mappa's schedule a release of between Spring to Fall 2022 would be perfect just after Chainsaw Man

A pretty hit-or-miss issue this week I felt.

Great:
1. ( = ) One Piece - Not quite as monumental in its revelations as last week; spent a little too long on straw hat recaps before getting into the (very good) meat of the chapter. I wonder if this will be all we'll see of Yamato's backstory before inevitably (how it seems so far) joining the straw hats. Loved how it carried on the revelation of Zoro's lineage last week with a certain character also being in that cave, ties together nicely. Loved the final clash as well.
2. (+1) Blue Box - Back to our main couple and dear god I'm still developing diabetes, I can't take it (no actually keep giving me more).
3. (-1) My Hero Academia - And so this little passionate moment has concluded in the way I thought it would. It's hard to simplify a speech to a crowd and make them changing their mind seem convincing to the reader but I thought this was pretty well done.
4. (+5) Jujutsu Kaisen - Much better than last week's over-expositionary fight; if anything this was almost too quick to read, still some great choreography at least. The resolution was even more sudden here but I'm not mad about it.
5. (+1) Sakamoto Days - A very strong start to the next arc which I bet is gonna be a doozy. These villains are threatening and the set-up has me pumped for some action. I expect this will be the longest story arc so far based on what's being established and how it connects to 'X'.
6. (-2) The Hunters Guild: Red Hood - Poor rankings aside, I'm still thoroughly enjoying what we're getting with this exam. Here's to hoping the post-hamlet chapter picked up some more fans but I'm not being overly optimistic.
7. (+1) The Elusive Samurai - Great action chapter, there were several panels that I stopped to appreciate their composition and how it made the combat flow.

Good:
8. (+3) Undead Unluck - Really nice flashback for a character I didn't care too much until now, which is pretty standard fare for UU. Hopefully this fight does get wrapped up next week to move onto more interesting matchups.
9. ( - ) Shokugeki no Sanji (Special) - Definitely my favourite of the series so far. At this point I think prefer Tsukuda and Saeki's Sanji than Oda's (who I don't enjoy at all, especially in my re-read). This was also one of my least favourite parts of the story but this did a good job expanding upon the island and even toned down Sanji's obnoxiousness to the perfect amount.
10. ( = ) High School Family: Kokosei Kazoku - Cute mother chapter! Got a good chuckle from the squat to rip the trousers.

Fine:
11. (-6) Me & Roboco - Not my favourite M&R. Started off nice since I really liked the made-up scenario we got last time when this character was introduced but I felt myself drifting as the situation got more and more ridiculous.
12. (+1) Mashle - Mashle punch, but also, Mashle kick.
13. (-6) Neru: Way of the Martial Artist - Ugh, what a disappointment. The main character's personality seems to have shifted, this new girl and her brother are bad additions to the story, and things aren't moving in a very exciting direction. What a shame to see my favourite newbie turn into something so middling.
14. ( = ) WITCH WATCH - An other decent conclusion to this fight that was ruined by one of my least favourite tropes: when a the characters in anime/manga makes a point that they "aren't in an anime/manga". Why bother? It's not funny and breaks the fourth wall in an otherwise tense and important moment.
15. ( = ) Mission: Yozakura Family - All very cool in a surface level way but I still can't stand the eldest brother so I don't think I'm going to enjoy this part of the exam as much as the previous two.
16. (+1) Dr. Stone - Science, with a big revelation at the end. Though I'm not sure I understand why exactly they need to do it.

Bad:
17. (+1) Ayakashi Triangle - I usually enjoy the less horny, action-centric chapters but this was a bit whatever.
18. (+2) Magu-chan: God of Destruction - Magu adventures are usually cute but don't sustain my interest more than a couple pages, better than recent chapters at least.
19. (-1) Candy Flurry - Suddenly, candy mecha. Ok. Goodbye.

I think it would make more sense covering the two arcs that end in chapter 137 in 24-26 episodes.

Why would they need a retelling of the movie? It's going to cover Jujutsu Kaisen 0 which is all a prequel so won't need to be touched again in S2.

That's how I reckon it will end, makes the most sense to centre the entire season around the Shibuya Incident. S1 covered 64 chapters in 24 episodes, Gojo's Past + Shibuya Incident would be 73 chapters. Since plenty of them are very action-heavy and could be adapted quicker that's the perfect length for a two-cour second season. It probably won't get announced until after the movie/Jump Festa though.

Because Yuta comes back to the story latter. And to know what happened between Gojou and Getou or else they simply wouldnt get Shibuya. I mean look at Kimetsu. They still adapt movie for tv.
