so i started vacuuming around the house cuz took my lunch break and delia's at work so i got bored, and all of a sudden here comes the ap owner out of no fkng where to vent the radiators... and i'm like but Delia's .... he talks over me saying he has to come inside cuz because our radiators arent' vented the heat doesn't go up to the next level... and already places a foot inside... i was like bitch where are your fucking manners ( didn't say that but he would have deserved it). so i say o...k but i wasn't expecting company and delia's not home... he steps in does his thing and leaves... but here i am being pissed cuz of the lack of fucking manners, first of all send a text or call before say beforehand that you intend on coming, like what the actual fuck, let people speak, don't set your foot inside until you're invited jesus fucking christ.

In Finland this would be illegal. They have the right to visit their properties, but there always has to be an agreement with the tenant Only life-threatening emergencies are an exception, or a demand from the police to open the door. Un-vented radiator hardly counts as an emergency.

Well, if they can't reach the tenant, then it's also acceptable to go in, if there has been a pre-notice of visit of at least by 1 week.
