I think it's safer and safer to say the LPB FH really will make an appearance. Too many references and allusions for him not to show.

And, since we know Baam can't handle that (as well as everyone else in his posse), that means Gustang and/or Luslec certainly will show as well. Assuming this arc doesn't just end with Baam's team teleporting out of the Nest and running away.
