[Seahorse]

Cant remember Human Selene was strong, neither was Human Merc

Didn't human Merc get trashed by Skullion lol, that's what I remember. Anyways he was then whited-out so that makes an excuse

[WoWfan]

Nah, he's not on human Selene's level.

That only means Selene's human form is weaker

No, it means August is weaker than Suzaku. He failed to beat Gildarts and Cana, Suzaku oneshot Natsu and Erza, add that to beating Human Selene, August's clear superior and yeah, Suzaku soloes this thread without much doubt.

[Sevently]

Larcade defeated Gildarts & Laxus without even fighing them, and that's much better than Suzaku one-shotting "tired" erza & natsu.
x792 Gildarts >>> current tired Erza & Natsu

Failure means he did not possess the power to, which he did, but chose not to, if anythin, this showed Natsu and Erza were not at their best when facing Suzaku, and beginning to doubt that Selene’s own words too, August would take this.

[Vex_Haid]

Aw are the poor suzaku stans still trying to make an argument for him? what brats

OT: august murders with 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of his powers lowballed

Sure, by commiting suicide, not super impressive, especially considering he was immune to Gildarts magic for %90 of the fight, which wouldn't be the case for old Suzaku.
If Selene turns out to be lying later then thats fine. But right now when you compound her words with his victory over Natsu and Erza, and his victory over her, it's pretty clear that Mashima just wants him to be that powerful.

That just shows his devotion to the Empire & Zeref, it would since he can copy Suzaku’s magic too and he would be able to tank it, and yet we did not see Natsu and Erza at their best, it is like saying Oracion Seis should be stronger because they defeated 12 elite wizards including Fairy Tail, and Hiro clearly stated that serious BDK would be Gildarts level strong.

Sure, takes devotion to kill yourself to win, his performance against Gildarts was still mediocre at best.
Nah, if that were the case he would've nullified Gildarts's arm.
It's still better than August not beating Gildarts and Cana.
That just means Gildarts is currently far beyond August, much like how in Alvarez he was far beyond Bluenote.

[Crimson Ice]

August gets stomped out by the Black Knights.

Since Suzaku scales to or possibly below Gildarts, he would perform no better, Gildart’s arm is holder type, Suzaku is a DS, so he is caster type. Again, Agaust not being serious against them Since he didn’t even use his stronger attacks, that means nothing since even Gildarts could not harm Aldoron and yet with Brandish power could.

Yeah don’t see that happening.

I don't care what YOU see.

You don’t have to, it is what the manga showed and said

What you said isn't in line with the manga LMAO.

It is, Kirin (possibly the strongest) is the same level as Gildarts who is weaker than August, so be contrast, Suzaku is weaker

Gildarts is likely currently stronger than August to the same order of magnitude that he was stronger than Bluenote in Alvarez, assuming Selene isn't lying. Like I said, compound Suzaku's statements and feats and he comes out significantly ahead of August. August doesn't really have anything that puts him above or even at Suzaku's level. He doesn't have the feats to compete, he doesn't have the statements to compete. Gildarts in 100YQ is stated current strongest member of FT, and Natsu is stronger than August by far.
His secret art? Sure. His regular slash? No. Suzaku wouldn't need anything more than a normal sword strike to take down August. What he used on Natsu and Erza would do the job nicely.
If August wasn't serious he wouldn't have commited suicide lmao.
Brandish didn't hurt anyone, Gajeel did and even that is arguable.

how so? if he cannot harm Aldoron and Brandish's power can, then that means he is weaker than the Spriggans, Selene is most likely lying as her actions contradict her sayings, yet current chapter retcons those showings, Suzaku is below Gildarts, simple as, and Brandish's power able to harm (while slightly) dragon form Aldoron is more impressive than what Suzaku showed. Natsu is only stronger with Savage Flames and Seven Flames which he doesn't do since. his regular slash is still his magic, which is basically nothing August can't copy, if August can stab someone like Gildarts with a stick and even block his punches, then that sword Suzaku has is a nonfactor, Natsu and Erza were not at their best, if he was serious he would have used his more powerful spells such as Fairy Glitter. It was Brandish's power that did the job, Gajeel was just lent it by her, hardly arguable since it comes from her and Aldoron felt that and staggered/rendered immobile.

Ah yes, because Gildarts won't improve like the rest of the guild. Or ignoring the fact that Suzaka who's on par with Kirin is stronger than human Selene. Rocks for brains.
