Day before yesterday, I cut down around 4 small trees with a hack saw.

Today I moved a tree stump in a wheelbarrow.

Yesterday, some basic stuff like medicine ball crunch, oblique twist with medicine ball, and benchpress. No way my back could be this sore. Didn't even feel sore until nighttime.
