A friend of mine keeps talking about how she hates her life living with her family and i think she indirectly asking me to invite her to live with me, She also knows that i live alone with my mother, The problem is my mother won't feel comfortable with strangers living in her house. Idk what to do here, I hope she is just venting out and not actually hope that i'd invite her.

Hmmm about your friend hopefully she's just venting. If not - figure out away to say no. Because letting her in your home even temporary is going to cause problems for you and your mom either later on or down the line /immediately. It's not about being a good person, It's about being good person to good people and she is good, I don't think she will be doing anything crazy to be that problematic. I also pick my friends very carefully. I will ask my mother for permission if she accepted then i'd invite her right away, If i saw that she hated the idea, I won't force it and forget about it.
