Not much to go by yet, I would think 1/2 mafia would be among the first posters while others would lay low.

Currently GB and Lady pompom post are the one that look neutral, like trying to say the minimum possible in the post.

Asako / Sam looks like their usual selfs, but both can and will act normal on D1, sam usually breaks shortly after (~D3) while asako can act like town for any amount of time (I think, I never saw her as scum but I hear she is a cold blooded killer deep down).

uberfayt can you tell me how many games you played?
If few, he looks like an active newbie, A scum newbie would not be as assertive in trying to get the ball rolling.

James seems a bit distant from the discussions , it could be he is working though, certainly keep an eye if he doesn’t hint or talk more during DP. currently my top suspect is Shad as you might have seen from the discussions, but also early to tell when many players didn’t appera or talk much yet.

he threw shade at everyone that posted early, he said among the early posters there should be mafia plus making first impressions when people said close to nothing in the game instead of trying to get more info before, which I thought looked a lot like casting shade.

Nah, if I wanted to vote you, would have done it already or voted kira as a counter, I’m less worried about his random vote and more worried about others, depending on how the day goes and who says what, I might end up voting you still,but a bunch of people didn’t appear and even among those who came, we didn’t get hints from everyone.

I do get your point, you listed everyone that talked on those first pages, what I want to point out is just there is no reason to be saying “this amount of players are mafia among the ones who posted”, because there is not a single way to know that this early, specially when there were not even those many posts to go by, if you wanna really find out more and move discussion, tag people, ask their roles and see how it goes, having first impressions with 2 pages of game in which close to nothing was said just sounds odd to me and I pointed that out.

My 2 cents is, the sooner you claim passive the less likely you are mafia, since mafia usually want to wait for people to claim to get an idea of the setup, imagine claiming the only passive in the game as mafia, not good (at least this is what I think currently, not an expert).

So if he claims passive tomorrow, I will be like ok something is fishy, if he goes active, it will be harder to fake.

At this point I have basically no opinion of him, neutral about his few posts.

Ok I can agree with this conclusion, I will admit that sometimes I say things that can sound weird, so I give you that.
I will also not say you are tunneling on me anymore, if you say you aren't then you aren't, your vote will tell the final story in the end anyway.

My only thing is you propose a dumb explanation to my sentence, accusing me of being a dumb mafia, it feels kind of desperate which is why I'm afraid you are a cornered scum trying to get a shad train, a shad train is a real thing, shad is easy to randomly kill D1, remember the noble vote?

So please don't think I'm crazy for trying to clear things up, because if we are both town this will be the worse case scenario.
