Haku's shit performance doesn't have any bearing on Suzaku. That is like saying Irene is fodder just because Neinheart is a scrub because they are both spriggan. We already know through feats that Kirin and Suzaku are tiers above Haku.

No, Suzaku is the same tier as he is also a DDK, they are explicitly stated to be the same. Irene was playing around with Erza in the beginning. Later Erza became stronger with Irene’s enchantments that allowed her to fight against Irene, even then, Erza failed to beat Irene.
