My opinion is that Rei shine as a anima because beast that could top 500 could be top 30 when he used by him .

Right now , we don't know if he directly control those beast or not .

I guess people who don't use my logic and think when Rei control beats they are just as strongas when those beast are not controlled can feel justified as seing Rei as weak .

I don't think it's ever been specifically addressed, but personally I would expect summons to be more than just the summons existing in the tower in power if used by someone like an irregular. As in - maybe they get a 'boost' of shinsoo or something. Think how firefish is able to do so.

As such, if Rei's summons are *just* a big creature that can be bested by any other bigger, stronger creature (assuming Rei has the best 7 or so at the top of the food-chain) OR a humanoid ranker that is stronger than the beasts that's a bit disappointing for Rei's showing unless the beasts are a cut above - such as Acrinak-level threats or Native One originals (of the 5).

But, since irregular FH's can serve any other position better than scrubs in the tower, he's still a threat with just his person and his summons aside.

Yas is able to take on 2 at once, seems a bit much. Maybe 3 or 4 he's overwhelmed?

I think you are right. The shinue can be considered as tools too.
Saying he is weak because he uses tower born creatures is same as saying Arie is weak because he uses a sword that was made in the tower.

We know that Acrinak's power/showing is related to his summoner. But that's a bit different as it is a *host* rather than standard anima-shinheuh relationship. Different, but could still be similar. As in Shinheuh might not be able to completely flex with weak Anima. As in they are just strong enough to capture the pokemon, but not to use its powers to the fullest extent.

In any event, Yas is stronger or Rei is weaker than we thought, or both.

I think it all depends how Rei would fight if he was facing another irregular. If he chooses not to use his shinhueh in a fight against PBD, then it proves that they are as useless as they can be.

Well, if standard tropes play out, Yas is just making progress here to look like he has a chance in hell before he's swatted down and shown to be what he really is. So maybe Fandore has a 'final form' or a progression of powers, or the next summons is even stronger than Fandore by a significant amount. (or maybe it's just a function of multiple summons being too much for anyone... think of how taking on 7 Yas at once would be)

Then, Acrinak with no nerf (in Yama) becomes relevant again, and the impossible task of power-level-ranking resets and continues.

I thought so at first BUT it looks like they are simply Yas' claws (adding up to 5 digits).

Also, he just squishes it to tiny pieces, so there is no 'fang' extraction.\
