The best scenario would be if Baam went up against Troy and Kallavan intervened, then he was thrown away like the trash he is.

The fact that Cobalt was able to grab Baam is made even stranger by the fact that he was apparently using shinwonryu at the time. That should have nullified whatever shinsoo the frog was using. I guess that's just one of those things that SIU is going to decide to ignore for the sake of convenience.

Good point. Is the 'deity' part of him manipulated by the Workshop who can create beings that use shinwonryu, making him able to cancel out low-level usages?

Probably just a plot hole tho

Did he need it, or was he just using it because it's convenient and something he can do on autopilot at this point? Honestly there's no logical reason why Baam should ever not be using shinwonryu shinsoo. It's straight up superior in every way to the type of shinsoo manipulation that the plebs have to make do with.

It would be a nice show of power, but extremely dissapointing story wise.
