It's obvious that not everyone is categorically classified with such a classification, because the tower has been with the classifications stopped for centuries, several rankers are inactive and so on.

Technically, Ha Jinsung is also comparable to DD because half of his blood is from irregular. His grandfather is Ari Han while his grandmother is Ha Yurin.

Idk, he was never mentioned as a DD. Whenever they talk about him, he's like a big ranker from the Ha family.

DD are always referred to as such, such as Ran, AA, Maschenny, Yihwa, etc.

There are 2 factors, you being a proper DD and having the same status as one.

AA is not considered a DD because his maternal lineage is not much, but he has a power that only DD Koon inherit, which is ice.

Yuri, on the other hand, has her lineage formed by several DD from different families, in addition to having won the genetic lottery and therefore she has the DD status in the Ha family.

You may question whether this is the same, however, the series has already made it clear that there are things that are only inherited if you are a DD. Of course, it may not be the case for the Ha family, but the Koon and Yeon families have already made that clear.

After the ship explode, White become full of power while Kallavan lost fighting spirit. Even before the explosion, Kallavan cannot strike back, after the explosion, it would be easy for White to finish him off. However, White stop as he think that will not be fun/tasty.
