Larcade's RIP would definitely end his life. Hunger magic into RIP is GG if Pleasure Magic isn't enough. Larcade can make you so weak you basically become fodder. He beat Sting he was just playing around too much.

Gildarts MP is probably on par with a S12 since he and Serena were comparable to each other. Which means Brandish magic would work on him. It was able to still work on August as well which means Suzaku's gets his organs busted.

Just as @Sevently pointed out, Alvarez Laxus had no reaction to Wall's Magic Power while a much stronger Laxus was shitting his pants at Kirin's and compared it to Gildarts'. This suggests that Gildarts's MP is above regular Spriggans.

Erza was sweating from Brandish's magic power yet had no reaction to Suzaku's or Misaki's lol. Similarly, Natsu had no reaction the BDSK's magic power he faced against yet sweat bullets to a S12s. All S12's magic power are equal to each other bar the top 2 therefore Gild's MP is most likely on par with the regular S12 since he and Serena were comparable to each other.

After recent chapters, I'm not sure who wins here but I'd also like to add that characters 'sensing' magic power isn't worth anything at all. People were terrified of the Spriggan 12s magic power yet they've never reacted nor mentioned anything about Zeref or Acnologia's MP which makes no sense at all.

Acnologia's magic power leaves them speechless is why. They are seen terrified to the point of immobility. Zeref's mp honestly isn't all that great. His immortality and magical knowledge is. Not to mention Gray himself needed to use lost sacrificial magic against him. Natsu also knew he needed a Dragon's MP to defeat Zeref.

As far as MP goes, August >= Irene > Larcade > Spriggan > Gildarts >= Serena's. Ajeel even thought he could solo Ishgar based on Serena's magic power. Black Eye Serena might have released his true power but that's baseless. Serena was just strong & versatile but most Spriggan outhax him.

Gildarts said Alive Serena would be "a force to be reckon with" in official translation not equal to himself.

Sidenote: Bloodman didn't use Memento Mori or Seilah's Macro Cosmos. He was one of the strongest Spriggan behind August, Irene, & Larcade.

Magic power in fairy tail is doubtful sometimes, we knew that Erza had great magic power, but she was never placed as someone with MP Spriggan or Gildartz, in this arc we saw that her magic power was always gigantic.

Yeah, Mashima just occassionally does it to spruce up the enemies' hype, but he doesn't do it all the time bcs he either forgets or knows it'd be redundant to do so lol.
