Baam, at the moment is not a threat at all. Gustang is arrogant but he is also more courteous and even repays favors to beings he considers inferior. Urek is a good guy. But both of them could easily destroy Baam if they wanted to. They are fellow Irregulars unlike random High Rankers that SIU can use to hype Baam. He can surprise them a bit but there is no way he can be a threat to them right now.

The question isn't whether Rei is stronger than Baam or not, it's the fact that he thinks he's simply superior when faced with an irregular.

Baam might be weaker now, but what about idai? The 13GW has been in the tower for hundreds of thousands of years and Urek who entered less than 500 years ago has already outgrown most of them.

Troymerei should at least take that into account.

For me it was AA who said something about the workshop having a relationship with them or something like that .

Nope there was something more than that .

It was never something clear but there was some implication they were something not normal with these 2 .

I do not recall anything of the sort being said about them, and I've revisited the chapters where they appeared.

The only thing more was SIU saying that they would be the key to the princesses' arc.

SIU said that they would be the key to one of the two big upcoming story arcs, he did not specify that he meant the Princess Arc. Seeing that Traumerei mentions them in the context of his proposal for Baam, the arc that SIU was talking about is probably not the "Princess Arc". It seems it may be the Nest or a follow up to it. More of the Lo Po Bia Family's story, not the Zahard Family's story.

Not really , Urek is indeed a gentle guy but data edhuan who was much stronger than Baam back then and Gustang are not good guy . But all off them were able to still give some respect to Baam because off his irregular status . But Rei seems to even not care about that .

Like Akrinak said, he’s trying to create the ultimate creature to dominate! If Baam choose a twin, their child would carry the blood of Jahad, V, Arlene, and Traum!!!

Did you forget what Orari said,if they seal Jinsung then the Irregular will not be able to defy them.Basically he is going to blackmail Baam permanently by keeping Jinsung alive and as a hostage.So in this way he plans to control Baam.

When you're literally immortal and seemingly stuck in one place without any prospect of either dying or moving up, I think I would endulge myself in one or two weird hobbies.

When you're looking at this angle, Eduan's alcoholism and womanizing is a pretty tamed way of coping compared to Rei's fantastic breeding program.

I'm hoping he did, just so I can laugh at the monkey's paw curling on all the Plebbitors and others who wanted a 'Princess Arc' to take the focus away from Baam. And getting one that still has Baam at the epicenter of the story.
